Cork floating floor
The cork floating floor is stunning! Feels so warm under foot. I live in an upstairs flat and brought the extra underlay for sound proofing. It’s soft and quiet. Beautiful
The only issues was delivery and it took a stressful 2 half weeks to come. The product is shipped from Germany and the delivery company in Uk are not the best. It’s kurbside delivery as stated.
Please do not book any fitters in until you have the product and expect a lot longer for delivery.

No customer service at all
No customer service at all. The delivery of flooring was delivered to the wrong address where it was accepted. Upon checking the tracking I informed Bricoflor of the error by email. No reply. I then called twice and promised as reply. No reply. I then emailed again - still not reply. They have my money. I have no flooring and on top of that I’m ignored!

Dishonest, rude, appalling customer service
This company are so dishonest it’s just not real. I wrote a Factual review, priced they were lying and then they attempted to play victim and gaslight me. They lie about delivery . Subsequently they have made several failed attempts to remove my review, then they shifted the attempts to thier German partner. Ultimately until I receive a factual apology and the lady has been dismissed I won’t be removing my review.

We ordered wallpaper. The company specifically informed us that they were paying the import duties and informed us what to do if we were asked to pay anything in addition ourselves. That was very reassuring. Then the paper was excellent quality and we thought good value for money. Thank you

Absolutely shocking customer service! I tried chasing up my order after waiting 2 weeks, the lady said she had other orders to chase through besides mine and put the phone down. Terrible!!
