These guys are the best. We bought a cork floor for our kitchen in the summer and are super pleased with it. We bought a different product this Christmas for our bathroom which didnt live up to our expectations. Whilst waiting for the supplier to reply to our complaint, Bricoflor refunded us THE WHOLE AMOUNT rather than make us wait and stress. Brilliant service. thanks

Quick delivery. Nice products. However several of the cork tiles were 1-2mm difference in length to the others (don't know if this was a mixed batch issue) which I didn't spot until I'd applied the glue and laid half of them! I had assumed they would all be the same size. I didn't bother to contact the company to advise of this as I suppose should have thought to check the measurements. They looked the same so I only noticed when they didn't line up perfectly.

The company has a great range of wallpaper.

I'm really impressed with this company. the prices are very competitive and the customers service was outstanding. they went above and beyond to sort out a delivery issue I had. keeping me updated every step of the way. I was very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend them to others thankyou

Ordered two rolls of luxury wallpaper. Worried that they were being sent from Germany and might not arrive, but they did and very pleased with delivery. Then came to hang them and found that despite them being the same batch number the pattern match was not correct and something had clearly gone wrong with the manufacturing process. Managed to get pattern match by overlaying rather than butting up against each other. Due to this gave a poor initial review. Within hours got a response from the Bricoflor customer services team offering to either refund or replace paper once I provide some photos to highlight the fault. I’ll be doing that shortly. As a result of the contact from Bricoflor’s customer services have updated and edited the review to 4* to reflect the excellent customer service displayed so far. Will be happy to update my review further once the issue is fully resolved.
Updated and upgraded review to 5* as a result of Bricoflor's Customer Service who honoured the "refund or replacement" pledge when they became aware of the issue highlighted earlier in the review.
Would definitely recommend Bricoflor as customer service is outstanding.
