The most gorgeous flowers - last a lot longer than a year & just look stunning in any set up. My coffee table would not be complete without Flux De Fleur and I would recommend to all who are looking for a eye catching piece for their home👏🏽

I have been a customer since 2018 and i must say this company gets better and better. Love there product and the service is so good.

I ordered some flowers from here for my Mum’s 60th birthday - she is normally so hard to buy for but these were an instant hit. The colours, quality, feel and presentation were all perfect - they look and feel so expensive for a really reasonable price. Thank you 💕

I ordered these lasting roses for my mum and the box was delivered damaged i was hoping the flowers would be ok but the UPS driver was awful and had thrown the box at my door with no care! I emailed the FDF team and they got a manager to call me so i could explain what happened. They showed immense concern and sent me a brand new flower box plus some extras for my mum due to the inconvenience (sent with DPD this time)
After a week they emailed me saying they have now stopped using UPS as there delivery people and also offered me 10% off my next order. I will definitely order again and there professionalism was above pare. Thanks again Flux Team 😊

I made a last minute order thinking it wouldn’t arrive on time…. I was wrong. My flowers arrived on time, beautifully packaged and are works of art!
Their range is by far the best I’ve seen in the industry. So vibrant and classy. There is so much to choose from, and service was impeccable.

Ordered multiple flowers for galentines day to be sent to me so I could add them to hampers. Not only did they deliver on time but I had extra gift bags and personalised cards provided! You get good customer service then you get a service that exceeds your expectations!

Placed an order to get flowers delivered overseas. The service exceeded my expectations as it was delivered timely with the quality of flowers being impeccable. The packaging was very elegant and made an excellent gift for the occasion! Would highly recommend

Absolutely terrible since the 14th of February I have sent them seven emails and no one has replied even once

I have contacted them with pictures and evidence of the damage goods arrived for my partner on Valentine’s Day and nobody has even bother to respond

This company take your money and then does not care

There are plenty of other companies you can order these flowers from that will respond to your emails if you have any problems

Worst experience ever from ordering online let's start with there delivery partner dpd whom which I've already written a review on, so when I got my infinity flower delivered 2 days later even though I paid for next day it was in bits and even a petal was torn I want a full refund that includes the post and packaging lasts a year my ass it didn't even survive then Dpd driver owens was his name apparently and even worse this company convienently you can't phone them if I'm not reimbursed and given satisfactory apology I'll take this further

How about a refund maybe that would be a satisfactory solution

Awful product, non existent customer service and an awful business to deal with.
My son bought me roses from here for my birthday, the roses arrived not only late but in pieces, as well as smelling like paint! I followed up with the business a number of times, which they completely ignored. I then had to go through PayPal directly, PayPal agreed with me that I should be refunded however Flux De Fleur refused to refund me unless I paid for the return of a completely broken and useless product.
Will never go near this business again.
