Really professional what a nice guy,thanks

Focal were booked through our estate agent for house photography. As the house was empty we didn't see the photographer ourselves but we were contacted by text by Focal who kept us informed of when he would be there, and also sent us a guide of how to prepare the property for pictures. We were highly impressed with the photos. Once we authorised them, our house went live on the market and in less than 24 hours we secured a viewing!!
We would use their service again with no hesitation.

Focal Agent arranged for Chris to photograph my house for upcoming sale of the property. The photographer was really professional in his manner and photography to achieve optimum pictures. The advice Focal Agent give you about staging your rooms to get optimum viewing and response was very effective and well worth the effort. I can well recommend them.

A photographer from Focal came to photograph my house on so I can put it on the market. He was very professional but also nice to talk to. The photographs he took are fantastic and I am very happy with them.

We had our property pictures taken and although they were clear, they were very basic. I would have expected the dog mattress to be moved out of view and for the house to be showcased. When looking for a property myself I look for details homeowner have designed, showing the house is a home, not just bricks and mortar. We have a lovely garden with the sink overlooking it. I would have expected pictures of the view from the sink overlooking roses etc. my house was not showcased to its best, and although it doesn’t hold a million pound price tag I would have expected it to look what it is being advertised at. Sp many shots were missed and the one that did look nice had a dog mattress in it.

Just put are home up for sale and we had a appointment with this company to come and take the pictures and he was very polite and helpful and had all the equipment and looks very professional but I've not seen the pictures yet because he only done it today
