Forever Florist Thailand Reviews 

My order number 233112 of teddy bear, 3 boxed roses, plus requested box of 20 assorted chocolates. Was requested as per website to be delivered before 1pm. My partner received a call at 12noon to advise the delivery was on its way and would be there soon. Some 4.5 hours later my partner received their delivery of which nothing that was as ordered was the same or even looked like the images on the companies website.

I then sent an email to customer service of which a Nappadon as per our Website we cannot guarantee time of delivery.

This reply in itself was well below any standard of quality customer service and care, not even an apology for pretty much getting my whole ordered delivery wrong, but no responsibility of care given, not even an email to advise they did not have certain products in stock and would need to swap things out.

I have been a very loyal customer of this company for the past 7 years now and have been quite lenient to late deliveries, as I have always received an email to explain what had happened and what was going on with my delivery.

However not on this occasion as I feel the delivery driver and sales customer service agent Nappadon should be sacked for their lack of care, responsibility and customer service provided.

On this occasion the services were utterly atrocious, if cannot guarantee something, then don't provide the services. Especially when the delivery is within the Bangkok metropolitan area and not out somewhere in the country side.

Incredibly fast and efficient service and the flowers were even better than they looked in the pictures (the delighted recipient sent me a picture). I would recommend this company 100%

One of the best customer experiences I have ever seen. I wanted to offer flowers to my girlfriend who lives in Thailand, but I live in Europe and it was very difficult to find a good service.
I didn't know where my girlfriend would be and they made sure to reach out to her to arrange the delivery.
Besides providing a beautiful flower arrangement, they also added a Happy birthday baloon for free. They included my message in a beautiful card.
I can only recommend this service if you want to send flowers in Thailand. I will use it going forward.

I have used forever florist many times and they have always provided a great service the flowers are amazing quality .if there are any problems they resolve them straight away ,I would recommend forever florist has a great experience

Very disappointed with Forever Florist Thailand, after have been used this Cie site many times with satisfaction, last week i used their services again and the quality of what i ordered and paid for was quite lower than the one received.. The photo of the product is so obvious.. After complaining they just ask me to send it back at my own expense with all strictly as received ...this is too inconvenient for the loved who received my gift... they are unable for a commercial gesture... i will not recommend anymore Forever Florist Thailand ... Excellent service from Forever Florist Thailand. My daughter is travelling and was celebrating her birthday in Thailand. First class communication and regular updates. The bouquet (& birthday balloon) is absolutely beautiful and my daughter was delighted! Thank you so much. Would highly recommend!

Really disappointed with Forever Florist. My experience with them was miserable, do you know why?
I had ordered a rose bouquet and chocolates to be delivered to my friend as a surprise. They called the recipient and asked if she knew me and if we had met in person, along with more personal questions. I am in the hospitality field and this is definitely not the way to treat a customer. I would never recommend this service or use them again. Thank you for ruining a suprise . The most thing was to suprise my friend and your ruined it .

Update : I have purchased flower bouquet and gift from hwww.urbanflower as well where their system have not reported any such issues . Probably you guys are unable to do the delivery and pinning the blame by making Defamatory comments about the customer . Absolutely unethical

Its always tough to do things like this from a great distance and with 11 hours time difference. On top of that I provided the incorrect address but this was resolved and all taken in stride by Forever Florist.
Beautiful flowers were delivered and a happy woman is the result.

This was my first time ordering flowers from out of the country so I was initially nervous. Their website was easy to navigate. There are many beautiful flower arrangements to choose from. You can further personalize it by adding chocolate, cake, a stuffed animal bear, vases, flower wrap, and card to make it very special. After making payment, I was very impressed by their professional customer service. They sent me a warm thank you email for selecting their service and made me feel appreciated. They have online order tracking to keep you well informed of the status. If there any issues, they promptly emailed about the situation.

I had my flower arrangement delivered to a remote village to surprise my fiance. She loved it. I was very happy my gift was successfully delivered in a timely manner.
