I participated at the customer connect expo. I was able to gather a lot of contacts and generate business onsite, as well as more business to follow. The show was large, ran effectively, and the Fortem team was on site in person to help out with any questions we had or anything we needed. I plan on going to the same expo again as the exposure was real and effective for me and my business.

Fortem International defrauded me in 2025. I was just inquiring about the expo to understand the cost, etc., then I was misguided and forced to sign the contract during the phone call. During the call, they don't take into consideration my questions, and I am not completely ready to buy their services. I thought it was just a quotation, and no financial commitment was involved. These guys started asking for the payment for the cancellation fee.
When I googled the company name and I found countless complaints about them. As with many of the reviews, this company is not to be trusted. They can't even provide an accurate and complete exhibitor list for the expo. The information they provided is inconsistent with the list that appears on their official website. We doubt that they're misrepresenting the event. And NOT ALL the exhibitors they put on the website will actually exhibit.
They claimed that they will ask 3rd party to come collect the money, the cancellation fees that they are adamant must be paid.
DO NOT pay them any cent! They gave up eventually.

Avoid at all cost. They target small businesses, use extortion, manipulative tactics to enforce ridiculous expensive fees for non existing contracts. Do not trust them. The tradeshow are run by a bunch of hangover useless guys wearing cheap suits. Do not sign anything with them, do not respond to their scary emails, etc. Block them out and don't get bullied by this scammers

Don’t be fooled by Fortem International’s polished sales pitch and friendly pre-event communication. They’ll take your money, act invested at first, and then completely fail to deliver on the contractual obligations you paid for.

We paid thousands of dollars for a masterclass sponsorship solely because Fortem promised to recruit high-quality, qualified buyers for our sessions (it was a pay per lead/registrant situation). This did not happen. Our theatre was consistently empty or less than half full—an embarrassing and unacceptable outcome given their guarantees. We absolutely did not receive what we were promised or what we paid for.

Marketing of our masterclass sessions was weak at best, and the recruitment efforts they claimed to be making were clearly nonexistent. While their team was extremely persistent during the contract phase, that enthusiasm disappeared the moment we needed accountability.

To make matters worse, communication from Fortem dramatically deteriorated once the event began. Although their team was very responsive leading up to the show about theatre logistics, they completely ghosted us when we asked for the registrant list we were contractually owed. Both during and after the event, I contacted every single (previously helpful) person I had communicated with—the Commercial Director, Director of Marketing, Customer Success Managers, Director of Operations—yet not one person had the decency to respond to my repeated, urgent messages about their poor recruitment performance.

The unfortunate part is that the event itself had potential. Our sales team made great connections on the show floor—on our own, with no help from Fortem’s sponsorship package.

In short: Do NOT waste your money on the masterclass sponsorship and be extremely cautious when working with Fortem International. Based on other similar reviews, this company employs some shady business practices.

We exhibited at the Hotel & Resort Innovation Expo 2025 organized by Fortem International, and our experience was profoundly disappointing.

As a PMS (Property Management System) company, we were assured that the event would be full of qualified hoteliers and hospitality professionals; a great opportunity to connect with key people in the industry. Instead, the reality was nothing like what was promised.

The venue had very few relevant visitors. Most attendees were random people with no connection to hotels or hospitality, walking in freely with no screening at all.

We traveled from abroad to participate, investing significant time and resources based on Fortem’s claims. When we raised our concerns with the organizers, the response was dismissive; just “thank you for your feedback, is that all?” which felt like a complete lack of accountability or professionalism.

In short, Fortem International’s promises were misleading. If you’re a serious company in the hospitality sector, think twice before trusting their marketing materials or committing to their events.

Worst tradeshow ever. Salespeople lies to you to get you onboard and promises that you'll meet your ICP. Total lies. When given feedback afterwards regarding false promises, they just say "thank you for your feedback" and hangs up. Don't trust their salespeople or their promises.

This company is not to be trusted in any way. Contracts are not honoured and advances are not reimbursed. They lie wherever and however they can.
I can only advise anyone not to do business with this company, they do business with criminal energy and with intent.

Do not exbit - they lie , lie and lie

We book at stall at the restaurant and takeaway show.

We where told they where looking payroll company and that we would be exclusive. At the event we discovered they use the same line on 5 other companies and then put us all next to each.

Discovered at another expo they done the same thing to a work flow management company.

they fished me to sign a paper which is not legit at all but started endless harassing in a very unprofessional way. I was not a decision maker or manager of the company at all but they just claim that we own them 5k. They don't really care if they are doing anything genuine but try to scare oversea exhibitor thought they don't understand law and make money by their tactic.

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM
Once you take part in their exhibition, they will force you to sign a an application for next year. Their sales persons are very unprofessional and rude. They forced me to signed the application saying i could cancelled anytime. After all we decide not to take part next year but they still say we need to pay or they will ask third party to come to collect the money. Their tune is very rude and unprofessional just threaten business who deal with them....

We delivered a talk for their Expo and everything from start to finish felt well executed and communicated. Lowri couldn't have done more to assist and ensure everything went smoothly.

Total Scam! My work colleague was just inquiring about the expo to understand the cost etc., who is young fresh starter and was been misguided and forced to sign the contract saying its just a quotation and no financial commitment involved that too during the Video Call (meeting) and now these guys started asking for the payment for the fraudulent transaction or very planned trap for the poor unexperienced young guy?

Now we are getting harassed nearly every single day for the past few days - demanding that I pay £4000+ and threatening us with collections & legal etc. I have emailed and proven confirmation of our cancellation, repeatedly, including over the phone, yet the threats continue. This company is morally and ethically corrupt and illegally aggressive. Please refrain to deal with - DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS.

As per all the other terrible reviews. They are a horrible company to deal with. If you sign up to a show, there is not getting out of it and they will harass you practically every day to pay invoices before they are even due. Will never work with them again.

Total Scam! I inquired about a booth at the LA Disaster Expo - and then I cancelled my request 2 hours later. I have been harassed nearly every single day for the past 13 days - demanding that I pay $12,600 and threatening me with collections - stating that the collection agency would add 30% on top of the $12,600 (Ignoramus - that % comes out of the amount due - it is not added on). I have emailed and proven confirmation of my cancellation, repeatedly, way too many times - and yet the threats continue. This company is morally and ethically corrupt and illegally aggressive. Total illegal harassment. Run Away - DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAM ARTISTS.

Call & Contact Centre Expo 2023

We exhibited at the Call & Contact Centre Expo 2023 and found that both the volume and quality of delegates had improved. The event team were very helpful. We have rebooked for 2024.

We are a software company that helps contact center. We usually go to CCW but CCC Expo popped up and we attended. It was a great show, good energy from the attendees. The price of the show is not as high which added to the value of this show. Can't speak for everyone but it was a great show for us.

It wasn't the best event for us from a relevance and quality of leads point of view (we are general service providers, not just for the industry), so feel a bit missold on the rationale for being there - that said, our choice to attend in the end. Overall the event is big, well organised and seemed to attract decent players in the industry, lots of stands and lots of visitors. The stand didn't come with power as standard - some events do, some don't. It is a little thing to make life easier.

I have always found their events to be professionally run, beneficial to our company to be part of and well attended by visitors. The events always attract a broad range of speakers knowledgeable in their field of expertise.

Dealings with staff are hassle free and always had a pleasant experience when working with Harvey & Kieran.
