It wasn't the best event for us from a relevance and quality of leads point of view (we are general service providers, not just for the industry), so feel a bit missold on the rationale for being there - that said, our choice to attend in the end. Overall the event is big, well organised and seemed to attract decent players in the industry, lots of stands and lots of visitors. The stand didn't come with power as standard - some events do, some don't. It is a little thing to make life easier.

I have always found their events to be professionally run, beneficial to our company to be part of and well attended by visitors. The events always attract a broad range of speakers knowledgeable in their field of expertise.

Dealings with staff are hassle free and always had a pleasant experience when working with Harvey & Kieran.

I exhibited at the Disasters Expo in Frankfurt, got some great leads and our account manager Eddy really helped us out with our stand preparation

Very good event, our booth is always very busy and it is refreshing to see people excited about our product.

Whilst the show was busy (White Label London), were were not in the right position for our business and the attendees were not as relevant to us as we had been advised. Also after the show, the representative asked us to sign a form to reserve a space for the following year should we want one. There was no price on this form, yet when a copy was sent through to us, a price way in excess of what we would ever have agreed to had been added, post our signature. Not very professional and we cancelled and complained.

It was great working with white label expo. They are well organized and responsive. I admire their tenacity.

My company exhibited for the second time at the RSCL event back in February 2024.

This year's show was all right. Our stand was positioned in a good area of the show, so we had many visitors. The whole show wasn't sold out, as I've seen many spaces at the back of the show, but it was good to have RSCL collocated with other e-commerce shows.
London is a good location for the show, and we're happy to do it again next year, purely for the audience and the type of show.

Our first experience with Fortem was okay (Feb 2023), but as everyone mentions here, they can be quite pushy in signing a booth with them.

We've worked with many people from Fortem. Some lovely ladies are working there (Imogen as example) but there can be some individuals working there who can mislead you in certain ways. This is to be careful and check all the documents and timelines before agreeing with anything.

The show itself was expensively disappointing, when we tried to cancel for the following year we were met with unprofessional, disrespectful people who wouldn't meet us face to face and wouldn't even show their real faces on a zoom call. It will be the last time we have anything to do with this company!!

The Expo itself and the organization beforehand went without issue.

Two minor complaints:
1) The sales team is quite pushy.
2) I had to order electricity through a third-party vendor, which was both more complicated and more expensive than it should’ve been.

Concerning some other reviews on here:
Of course, they oversell the expo (We didn’t have too many deciders at our booth), but that’s almost to be expected.
While we can’t yet tell the financial outcome of the expo, it certainly wasn’t the worst event we have ever been at ;)

I have been working with Fortem-international for the Disaster Expo Europe 2024. For the first edition of this event, they did a real great job on the organization and communication. They contacted my organisation for proposing a speaker 6 months in advance, despite of multiple bounce from our side - including some very last minute, they managed very professionally to adapt the programme without impact for the audience.

Excellent show with many relevant visitors.

Worst customer experience I have ever experienced. As with many of the reviews, I was also caught out by the application to exhibit that was actually a binding contract. When I tried to explain my case, I was met by manipulation tactics and aggression. I then decided to go ahead and exhibit... what a nightmare!!! Fortem completely oversold the show, none of the "decision makers" they mentioned were actually there, and the show did not even slightly resemble the retail audience we were expecting. All in all, it was a massive letdown. Save your money and go with an exhibit where the company actually cares about the results. They were also not willing to provide lead generation lists to ensure we can get in touch with the said attendees beforehand. This is tradeshow 101, and their excuse was some lie about GDPR which was definitely not true, otherwise all the other tradeshows that do that would be in contravention of GDPR.
PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!

It's the same as other reviews. Pushy and unethical sales tactics during the exhibition in February 2024. Cancellation fees that they are adamant must be paid. Misrepresentative of audience attending the event.
