Excellent service. We are a plumbing and heating company, we ordered some radiators and unfortunately one of them bubbled (the customer specified a certain colour paint so it was not a standard radiator) due to the paint not having gone off as we think it was sent to early from the factory but this was very quickly rectified and the new radiator was wet tested in the factory to ensure it didn’t happen again leaving our customer happy and I cannot fault there aftercare. It’s unfortunate that we had the issue but these things happen and it’s nice to deal with a company that cares about their reputation and customer service. We will definitely use them again.

I needed to change some radiator brackets as I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size - totally my error! The help I was given was exceptional. Mark tested out some different brackets on a radiator like mine, sent me photos so that I could see which one was best - then arranged for me to receive them the next day in exchange for my wrong ones. Amazing! Thank you so much

We made a couple of visits to their showroom to choose some decorative radiators and to view the finish options plus radiator valves. Mark and his team expertly guided us through the numerous options available, we settled on some bespoke Arroll and Multisec radiators plus matching valves. These are now installed and look amazing! Fabulous company to deal with from start to finish, many thanks everyone!

I ordered the wall stays on the Thursday and to my surprise they were delivered Friday, well wrapped too. I cannot fault this company at all.
I never leave reviews , but this service has been beyond excellent .

I bought 9 painted cast iron radiators with valves and wall stays from Mark and the team last year and the whole process was top class. I've been back to order more from Mark this year and the service remains impeccable - fast response times, helpful staff and prompt deliveries. I'd highly recommend this business.

I was a little hesitant because my order had to be delivered to the Netherlands and I was not sure how that would turn out post-Brexit.
But Mark could assure me that he had experience exporting to the Netherlands. He got me a very good transport cost quote for my 800kg order.
The order went through without any delay or unexpected costs.
And the cast iron radiators are absolutely wonderful!

Could not recommend enough. I received a call shortly after submitting an enquiry and was tasked through options and provided a quote the same evening. The gentleman I spoke to was really friendly and patient, and knew what he was taking about - he talked us through different options until we were comfortable... Photos were sent via WhatsApp so we knew exactly what we were ordering
The radiator arrived in the day originally set, and it's beautiful.

Foundry were fantastic from start to finish and the radiators delivered are beautiful.

Shane went above and beyond to make sure the radiators would suit our project, both in terms of styling and heat output. The project sheets were a real help too, particularly for the builders when it came to pipe placement. I felt a little guilty towards the end for taking up so much of Shane and Foundry's time!!

COVID is presenting challenges for all and how a company reacts to difficulties is a true marker of their integrity and quality. We understand there was a small challenge with the supply of one small item within our order; Shane spotted it before the first delivery even arrived, proactively got in touch, sourced the part from somewhere else and it was with us within 24 hours.

We would definitely use again and recommend the team.

After having a bad day of customer service with another company I was dealing with, I ordered a bathtub online through Foundry Cast Iron. I just wanted to say in contrast, what wonderful customer service I received. The person I spoke to went above and beyond to inform me about the product and delivery and what to expect. This review is totally based on customer service as I won’t receive the product for another 8 weeks, but I will endeavor to report back once I have. Thank you for all your help so far Foundry Cast Iron!

We wanted three radiators, two chrome towel rails and one raw column radiator. I was unsure which rad valves I needed - straight or angled so spoke to the company. They were brilliant, taking the time to rig up a couple of examples in the showroom to see which was the best fit and then sending me a picture!
The radiators are very well made and the raw metal one looks very stylish in our kitchen. Delivery was quick and all the radiators were delivered on a pallet with extra protection around them.

in the hallway looks brilliant with the matching valves and the cloakroom radiator was indeed the perfect fit.
I will send you photos of the cloakroom once it’s been wallpapered as the Heritage toilet, sink and taps look incredible. Oh so very happy!!!!

I am so impressed with both my radiator and the fantastic service by the company. Communication was brilliant. Mark was so helpful, sending photos of different options, and very, very patient- it took me a while 😳. The added sweeties were a lovely touch.
The end result is beautiful and by far the most competitive price.

Just bought a cast iron combination fireplace from the Foundry, and I can’t praise Mark and the Foundry highly enough. So easy and pleasant to deal with, absolutely perfect customer service, very prompt delivery and a good price too!

I should add that it was a Carron combination fireplace that I purchased, and I’m delighted with it. It came superbly packaged too.
