Foundry Cast Iron Reviews 

I found Foundry Cast Iron online and found their selection of radiator brands lovely and their prices competitive so I got in touch. Mark Spence was super responsive, answered all my questions and even sent me pictures of combinations of radiators and valves since I live in London. I ordered three steel radiators and one cast iron. If I had the budget I would have got cast iron all the way since they are objects of beauty (especially painted in matte french grey!), but I'm super pleased with the quality of the steel ones as well.

The service I received was excellent - they sent lots of pictures of different combinations of radiators / valves so I could make a much more informed decision beyond the standard brochure picture. They kept in touch at every step of the order / delivery process so I knew what was happening. They couldn't have done more. Really like the product as well. Thanks.

We recently received our beautiful Rococo cast iron radiator which is not only stunning but the service we received from Foundry Castiron was fabulous. They offered us a home selection service where they brought round samples for us to see them in our home and get the best rad for our living room. Also, once it was ready, they held onto it for us until we finished decorating the room with no pressure to deliver it. I highly recommend getting your radiator from here, they have a huge amount of choice and are genuinely lovely people!

The bath is great, good value and quality. The taps are a little loose in the mechanism but look good. Also delivery guy had issues bringing the pallet up a 2 inch step.

We have used Foundry Cast Iron twice now and have four beautiful ornate cast iron radiators. Mark Spence is a great guy, he came to our home on a Sunday originally which suited us as we have a busy schedule,he had a selection of cast sections in different colour finish's for us to look at, this was a much better way of seeing and feeling what we wanted rather than images on the internet. I am in the heating business myself and found them really competitive and helpful, I will definitely be using them again for my home and for any customers who choose's to have cast radiators.

We were looking to buy a number of Arroll cast iron radiators and we're so glad that we went with Foundry Cast Iron. Mark and Shane were so friendly and helpful, all the way through the process, from advice on what to buy, to keeping us updated with delivery information, coordinating with the manufacturer, and even some support on some minor fixes after we installed the radiators.

The guys at Foundry were beyond helpful. I wanted to buy a cast iron radiator for my very old house, but had no idea what to go for, what size would be appropriate or what colours might work. When I contacted Foundry Cast Iron they immediately helped and talked me through options, and sent lots of photos, gave me pricing options and generally just asked the right questions and guided me through the whole process. They were able to work with my timelines and the radiator arrived exactly on the date that I wanted. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Extremely helpful and professional.

Ive purchased Arroll Radiators from Mark for the top floor renovation of my Victorian House and 2 rooms on the middle floor. I will continue to buy from Mark as we work our way through the house down to the ground floor. I have found Mark and the team to be incredibly informative about the various products they sell and quick to respond to emails and phone calls. Mark also sends helpful visual mock ups by email of the radiators as well accompanying photos of similar products in situ in other clients properties which helps visualize what you are buying. Foundry's prices are competitive and they are extremely easy to deal with. There was a cracked cap on one of our orders which happened in transit on our first order, I had the replacement within 2 days. Ive referred Mark to my Neighbour who has bought radiators for her entire house and is full or praise for Mark & Foundry . Its difficult to find good companies these days but Foundry is a great company to deal with. Highly Recommend.

Great Product and even better Service.

We purchased 2 cast iron Radiators and related accessories from Foundry Cast Iron, back in June this year.
First, i would like to say that the Radiators look pretty amazing and are the focal point of the room, which is what we were hoping they would be.
Next the Customer Service from Shane was really of the highest possible standard, Before we purchased anything Shane patiently advised us about possible options and required accessories. Once we placed our Order, the date/time and delivery placement of radiators was exactly as Shane had advised. After we placed our order we found that one of the wall stays was not in stock. Shane offered alternatives but when we decided to wait for original item, Shane provided an accurate lead time and delivered within the promised lead time.
Overall, it was a pleasure dealing with Foundry Cast Iron. We will doubtless be using them again.

This is the fourth radiator I have purchased from Foundry Cast Iron and every one has been fantastic and exceeded my expectations. Also the help and advice from Mark has been invaluable in making the correct choice. Highly recommended !!

This is a long due review of the fantastic experience we had working with Foundry Cast Iron. Mark was always happy to answer our questions promptly and to cater patiently for our very unique cast iron radiator requirements, ordered in a variety of colours, shapes, and sizes. We found the website to be very well designed, and the radiator builder tool easy to use. Mark supplied us with top quality cast iron radiators. Almost a year on, the radiators work really well and remain a focal element of our room designs. I had the pleasure to meet Mark personally, which made an already great experience even better.

After a frustrating experience sourcing radiators from a very unhelpful B&Q, working with Mark at Foundry was an absolute joy. He knows his stuff inside out, and had all the answers to my (sometimes stupid) questions about fitting cast-iron radiators in a bay window. He went out of his way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and we're totally chuffed with the result. I can't recommend Foundry enough.
