FOX Sports Reviews

we don't want to see a star player cam! we should be able to see a full cam. whose ideas was this?

Showing the final score before someone watches a replay is one of the dumbest, most user-hostile design decisions I've ever seen in a sports streaming app.

The entire purpose of offering replays is to let people watch games they couldn't see live. Yet your app goes out of its way to ruin that experience by plastering the score everywhere—on the TV app, the streaming menu, the replay selection screen, and even while giving viewers the option to "Start from Beginning." Before I can press play, you've already told me the ending.

How does a major sports platform overlook something this obvious? Millions of people have jobs, families, time zone differences, and other commitments that make watching every match live impossible. Treating live viewing as the only valid way to experience sports is incredibly shortsighted and unbelievably inconsiderate.

The solution is not complicated. Every sports streaming service should have a spoiler-free mode that hides scores, results, and thumbnails that reveal outcomes until the viewer chooses otherwise. Instead, you've built a replay experience that defeats its own purpose.

The World Cup should be one of the most exciting sporting events in the world. Instead, a significant part of the excitement has been stripped away because your app repeatedly spoiled the outcome of matches before I ever had the chance to watch them. That's not just a frustrating oversight—it's a fundamental failure in understanding your audience.

Alexi Lalas is absolutely unwatchable.Instead of actual tactical analysis, he ruins every segment trying to be a shock-jock to feed his own ego. The chemistry on set is a total disaster. Watching legends like Thierry Henry and Zlatan Ibrahimović sit there looking visibly disgusted and embarrassed to be next to him is pure cringe. Drop the unprofessional antics and give us real analysts!

Please tell Mr Stone and Ms Taft "To do their homework "As Mr Zlatan would say .
If they can say Martina Navratilova, they need to learn how to pronounce BAL O GUN CORRECTLY . It's disgusting and disgraceful that they continue to murder OUR powerful Nigerian Name
When other commentators have succeeded in getting it right

I would watch a network like this one if they wouldn’t base there content on USA I mean cmon it’s the World Cup GOD FORBID trump gives the president of Mexico a peace prize for having the Super Bowl in Mexico or even Canada 🫩😭

Watching the world cup. Quite annoying to see that commentators always favor the stronger teams. What happened to being objective?

You cannot understand Thierry Henri! We are in the US why need a French guy in the US! He mumbles

I love the foreign announcers so far for the World Cup live games, and the studio talking heads. But listening this evening to the current panel for the USA game is embarrassing. Chants of USA! And your announcers promoting and egging that terrible, unsportsmanlike behavior is why every other country hates us! Get your s together and be professional.

TRUSTED SITE IF EVERY SITE WAS LIKE THIS ONE THERE WOULD BE LESS COMPLAINING AS FOR FOX SPORTS FIRST THINGS FIRST TEAM THEY MAKE SO MANY MISTAKES AND NEVER APOLOGIZE NICK WRINGT IS A GAMBLING FOOL

I am writing to express frustration with Stu Holden’s continuous negativity toward South American nations. Aside from Argentina, his commentary routinely dismisses CONMEBOL teams, frequently framing their playstyle with lazy stereotypes like "cynical" or "overly aggressive" rather than offering objective tactical analysis. As a major broadcaster, Fox Sports should provide neutral, respectful coverage of global football, not a biased narrative that alienates international fans.

I am sincerely irritated at Fox's love of foreign, particularly British hosts and commentators for soccer. There are more than enough Americans who have the expertise, personality and relateabity for these jobs. You can't even understand the FIFA Ref expert and he's wrong half the time. PLEASE!!!

Fox made the decision to stream Indy racing over the freaking world cup. What is this BS

1. DO NOT KEEP SHOWING INFANTINO DURING MATCHES - HE HAS WRECKED THE WORLD CUP. His greed and shameless political ploys have been terrible for the event and its sliding reputation.
2. Alexi Lalas and Zlatan's combined egos overwhelm the broadcasts. Instead - Get Warren Barton, Tim Howard, or literally ANYONE from the Premier League group of commentators instead of those two. Thank goodness for Rebecca Lowe, but she can't save it without help.

Why can't I hide the stats? And no, I'm not talking scores. Watching on my home web browser and there is no option to hide the stats so half the screen is taken by stats unless I full screen. God forbid I try to use a split screen with what else I'm working on. I know it's an option in the app, but that doesn't help me when I want to watch on my monitor. Also, the amount of ads is ridiculous, what the hell am I paying for? Let me watch the game and the players. I don't give a damn about that woman selling her bible book, I want to watch the World Cup I paid to watch. Telemundo has infinitely better coverage.

Finally, what's this ad for the first year free for service members AFTER I get my subscription? I'm currently serving and there was no option to get the first year free or even a question asked when I signed up. Fox Sports is performative BS. I hope a different company gains the rights next time, this is utter BS.

+1 star from the lowest I could give for resolution quality and consistency.

FOX PLEASE REPLACE Strong/Holden from commentating any soccer games. They fill everything single bit of silence with filler information that doesn’t add anything to the game. It becomes insanely annoying as the game goes on, it makes me want to turn the tv off and watch something else, that says a lot because I love the World Cup. These guys are making it very unenjoyable.

So proud of Canada’s WC achievement today. Disturbed by commentator sexism, unconscious or otherwise, reading stats such as “first Canadian man to score two goals in a World
Cup” as “first Canadian to score two goals in a World Cup.” It was typed on screen for the world to see, and he dropped “man.” The commentator (Tyler? Derek?) did similar just before the end of the first half. This is incredibly disrespectful to Christine Sinclair, and other women. My next step, and other allie’s, will be to engage social media etc., unless second half commentating corrects this explicitly.

why every country in the world they don't pay to watch soccer and we on USA have to pay to watch USA always pays for everything freak soccer and fox and Fifa

Another game of dreadful commentators. Strong/Holden are dreadful. the 2 gals they put on 2 separate teams are just insulting. don't see NFL female commentators, they don't have the relevant experience. So why does faux saddle us with folks that have no relevant experience? Muting is the solution....

PLEASE GET RID OF THE USA-centric nonsense announcing provided by the announcers doing the Spain World Cup match on June 15. They talk NON-STOP nonsense about whatever rather than broadcasting the match. They are so annoying to listen to compared to the quality you hear when watching other networks broadcasting world football. I realize these are long term USA “experts”, but just think FOX NEEDS TO PAY ATTENTION to the fact that football across the world does not benefit from such lousy commentary.

Did we really need Paul LaDuca and Gref Fox . 2 know nothings on horses . Get Todd Schrupp back permantly
