Outrageously horrible service from this agency! They made the whole process of getting visa even more complicated. Don’t use their service. Don’t pay 49 pounds for literally nothing! They will only send you the application form which you still need to fill out yourself and book an appointment in TLS Contact Visa Centre. But you can do it all yourself and much better!

The agency will also create an account on tlscontact.com for you. And they (franceschengenvisa.co.uk) have to notify you when your passport is ready. Because you can not check the visa status yourself without the account on tlscontact.com. In my case the agency didn’t send me anything when my passport was ready. And they didn’t even reply to my email when I asked the agency if there’s any way I can check the application status.

Almost 3 weeks after my appointment I called TLS Contact directly and asked about my application. They told me that it was ready 2 weeks ago. Then, when I called franceschengenvisa.co.uk after that, asking why they didn’t notify me about my visa they could not give ANY explanation. I trusted them to handle my Visa application, and they just sort of forgot about it completely.

So I feel fooled… And blame myself for being so stupid. Still can’t understand what did I pay £98 (for two applications) for.

DO NOT TRUST!! !! Liers and such a horrible customer service! They faild to deliver services and we had to cancel our trip!!

They are booking visa appointments that would normally be free. It is complete fraud, they know this themselves and this should be illegal.

They extorted £25 from me when I want my information back! I just filled my information on the website had not made appointment yet. They emailed me and ask me to pay £49. And then I registered in TLS and wanna fill my information. I was told that my passport number had been registered by another user. So I emailed Franceschengenvisa and asked them to deleted my information on TLS, they asked £25 for deleting. Fortunately, I emailed TLS and they helped me to delete my information on their system. I got my personal information back and lose nothing. I hope my experience can help others out of this fraud.

THIS IS A 100% FRAUD WEBSITE, DON'T USE IT IF YOU WANT TO BOOK AN EARLY APPOINTMENT! If you want to book an appointment, go to the OFFICIAL TSLcontact website or use the OFFICIAL agencies which you can find on TSLcontact FAQ website. Previously since I cannot book the appointment from TSLcontact website and I saw "next day appointment" from this company website, I chose to use their service. However, this is just a fraud website. They have never contacted me for almost 2 weeks until I called them and sent them email in the last week, even one day before my desired appointment date. Then they told me that my appointment is not available and offer 50% refund. They do this deliberately. Usually I don't write any comments but this time I'm totally get angered.

I wasted over 500gbp due to them. They have no cantacts and TLS doesn't know them at all.

This is an agent that help you with nothing during your application process other than keep you from the updates and further instructions from the embassy. They get hold of your information and register on the TSLcontact website on your behalf. They charge you application fees that you definitely should not be paying. When the embassy requested additional documents from me, this agent did not notify me at all. This leads to serious delays of my application and wasted my flight that worths GBP413! They continued to do nothing until I find out the causes of delay by myself. All their respond was I am so sorry for what happened. Here is you username. Go solve this by yourself. A total scandal that should be stopped form CHEATING money! DO NOT trust them at all!!!!
