I have been with freeola for over 10 years using thier hosting services. Every problem i have had, most due to my own inexperiance, they have been extremely helpful and swift in tjeir responce.

I have dealt with Freeola and Get Dotted for about 25 years now and have never been disappointed with their products or services.

I have been with Freeola for over ten years, on a few occasions I have had issues with the broadband connections related to the local wiring or exchange. Freeola have always been most helpful and effective in getting these problems fixed by BT -who are responsible for these issues.

The technical staff have been kind and understanding, explaining how to resolve re-booting the exchange and very speedy in getting larger issues such as overhead lines breaks resolved.

As a long standing customer since the days of dial-up and later ISDN and now full fibre Freeola has always provided a first class service in every respect - especially customer service.

I've been using Freeola's web hosting and email service for 17 years now and had an account with them for 2 years prior to that. They have resolved the very few technical issues I've had very quickly they turned out to be user errors, not faults with the system. I now run 3 websites through them with no problems at all

Not that you need it that often

I have been with Freeola (previously part of Special Reserve) for getting on now for 28 years, and have always found them to provide a reliable Broadband and hosting service for a good price.

They are very helpful when needed and long may this continue. Just hoping they will be there for me when we all have to switch to digital voice :(
