I would definitely recommend French Click, the Mon Cheri chocolates I ordered arrived very quickly and in good condition. None of them were squashed or damaged, even though Mon Chéri are expensive, these were the cheapest I could find within my time limit. I will certainly buy from them again. I found the whole experience easy and hassle free.

Something really dodgy happened with my order.
All the tins were buckled although they were well wrapped in bubble wrap. Even stranger, none of the glass jars were damaged. So perhaps these tins were not damaged on the way to me but before they sent them.
2 substitutions, 1 I agreed to and was told I'd get refunded the difference. The other was the wrong size pack. I got the smaller than ordered.
3 missing items.
I emailed Frenchclick and also called them. I was asked if I wanted a replacement or a refund. Obviously I am not having dented tins so I asked for a refund. The lady then tried to push me to accept a replacement and at the same time return the tins, saying it was to save on waste and that the would use the dented tins instead of me throwing them away. Really???? were they gonna send them to another customer?
She said she would email me back the same day to confirm the refund. No email
I then went on Paypal to get it sorted. Then I got an email from Frenchclick telling me that they tried to generate a refund on Paypal but could not do it because I had started a case. So they said I had to close the case in order for them to be able to put the refund through. Clever! If I had close the case I could not re-open it. I called Paypal who comfirmed this and escalated the claim.
Then I got another email from Frenclick saying:
"If you do not want to cancel the claim, I'm afraid I won't be able to help you.
I informed my manager, he will see if we can do the refund on the claim page, but I believe it can take Paypal a longer time to refund your account.
(I'm not sure about that, I just know that I had to do a claim with Paypal a few years ago and they took over a month to refund me, I just wanted to let you know).
And five seconds later an email from Paypal to say they had refunded me. And it's in my bank account already.

Very dodgy this Frenchclick refund system and telling people porkies about paypal.

Re the reply : This is not what I was told about returns and refund. I was told I would have to return the items if I chose a replacement and that it would be a waste as I would have to throw them away if I picked to have a refund. As I picked the refund I have already put them in the bin so It is a bit pointless to send me a return label

I placed my first order with French Click, and I will definitely purchase from them again. On placing my order I was given the opportunity to select a delivery date that was convenient for mem and the choice of courier service. My goods arrived on the selected day, and they were packed very week. Thank you.

Bought from this site as prices were fair. Good postage options. Received goods purchased promptly. I will use this company again.

I was so please to find this website, as I no longer have to wait to visit France to buy their soap and cologne, which smells delightful. The package arrived on time, and the contents securely wrapped up and the parcel well addressed.

We used to go to France each year and stock up on our favourite things for the winter...now, older we are finding it difficult to travel, so we were delighted to see that we could get the same things without moving out of the house!
