I installed it myself and was expecting it to be more complicated than it actually was. The instructions were clear and everything went together without much trouble. So far, it’s been working really well.

I bought this unit and loved it. Truly-great. I performed all the regular maintenance and at exactly 1 year it stopped working. I contacted the company and they replaced the unit. I was thrilled! Guess what? At one month over 1 year it began leaking water everywhere. Ruined the wall behind it because it happened at night. The water flowed over the cables below creating a very unsafe situation! It is junk. NOT durable for more than 1 year-conveniently when the warranty expires.

SO thinking they would take care of it, I contacted the company again. NOPE. I could BUY a new one for $100. Then it was $70. We went back and forth and they basically said "Sorry about your luck".

This company is a complete rip off. They design cheap systems, charge a premium, give you awesome water for 1 year. Then they break. Two times was enough for me.

I hope this helps some of you choose another company.

Terrible company. Didn’t even recieve our filter. It’s been weeks now. No response via email. Total SCAM !!!

I have sent multiple emails after a filter canister exploded under my sink. I get no replies from CS, also had another canister leaking in the past. I would not buy any plastic products from this brand!

Went to order the countertop TS99, with 3 DSFPP Filters, 2DSF01 filters, and 1 DSF02 fitler, from Amazon for 185.65 dollars. 6 filters + 1 system = 7 items.
Amazon listed 6 items shipped.
Called Amazon about the discrepancy.
They called the US company and had a terrible experience with their representative.
The information that was advertised on Amazon's website was inaccurate.
They said to order the product from another company. The next company listed was the same company.
They said that the advertisement would be removed from their servers within 48 hours.
If they treat Amazon's representative so rudely, then what can a regular customer experience?
Bye the way if you go to the US webpage and order the TS99 with the years worth of filters, the price comes to 194.93 without tax and supposed to have free shipping.
After looking at all the reviews here on Trustpilot for the US and UK customer service ratings, I wouldn't try ordering anything from them.
That is what Amazon's representative told me also.

Ho acquistato da un anno un GX99 della Frizzlife. Il prodotto è ottimo, l’acqua è ottima anche perché in Italia abbiamo un ottima qualità di base e il prodotto aiuta a filtrare le impurità delle tubature domestiche. I filtri sono economici e facili da rimpiazzare. Proprio sull’acquisto dei filtri ho avuto un piccolo problema, il filtro ppc spedito da Amazon è arrivato aperto, l’assistenza clienti ha provveduto in due giorni a spedirne uno nuovo. Che dire, consiglio a tutti per la qualità, il prezzo e il servizio mostrato in Europa 💪🏻☺️

So in this case I’ve learned the hard way as they say, the machine was in fully working order as I did not push the filter all the way in. Please except my apologies for putting that remark on here.
