I would compare this company to temu. Quality is extremely poor, holes to assemble products do not line up making it impossible to install. Materials are also very cheaply made.

Customer service is non existent. Even after emails and showing them pictures that their product Quality was poor and it was a product issue not a installation issue they still only responded asking if I could put it back to the original condition so they could sell it to someone else which I advised them was extremely wrong after they know that the product was bad.

Avoid this company or it will cost you.

I purchased a pair of the waterproof boots and very satisfied with the construction, comfort and overall quality of them.

Purchased upper and lower bags for my RZR Pro R4 when I got the order the bags were for a RZR XP. Have been e-mailing back and forth since I received the RMA on 6/17, Still do not have a return shipping label. Says its under review. Sent pictures as requested gave the reason i was returning as requested. Payed the extra for the Worry Free Shipping and No hassle returns. I have e-mailed them, Called and Chatted on the Steel Resolution web site. I will never buy from them again.

What a great experience. I had placed an order for can am 2 up rear seat. And we'll let's just say there was an issue with the product. In less than 24hr they had solved my problem and offered several ways to do so. I would not hesitate to order from this company. Thank you again kemimoto!

I had been wanting the lazer whip lights and also the stick whip lights and couldn't decide between the two. Apparantly my phone was listening to me because I got the KemiMoto ad about the 2-N-1 whip lights that have the stick part and also the lazers! I cannot say enough great things about these lights! They're extremely sturdy, well made, and I can tell they're going to last. Installation was as easy as it gets and I was very intimidated about wiring. I had my brother in law's help because I had never done something like this with wiring before but even he said this was SO easy. I absolutely love them and will continue to purchase many more products from KM!

I have made many purchases from Kemimoto for my buggy. All have been excellent fit and finish products at great prices. The one time something didn’t fit right, mostly because I got the year wrong, they allowed me to return it with zero issues. I will continue to buy from Kemimoto.

Kemimoto customer service is amazing. I suggested they include longer bolts for the CFMOTO bed cargo box because the suggested install was to reuse the stock bolts which are unfortunately too short. They thanked me for the suggestion and sent me a credit to purchase longer bolts. Very nice!

The original product I ordered arrived damaged. KemiMoto made it easy to fix the problem. Through email I was able to get a replacement product sent, and it was done in a timely fashion. I appreciate the customer service they provided.

I am a first-time customer who bought a set of six 2" tie-down anchors for my Polaris UTV; however, when I received the package, what was inside was short of 4 Tee Nuts. Other than the missing nuts, the product was of very good quality and less expensive than buying them from Polaris. I contacted the customer service department using the online form to get the missing Tee Nuts. I thought it would be hard to explain the missing nuts since the package was not damaged or opened when I got it, but the representative was very kind and had no issue with sending the missing items. The replacement was sent promptly and arrived quickly. Kemimoto Customer Service is the best I have ever experienced. I can trust Kemimoto with any future purchase.

I ordered two items and received one, utv blinker kit. The other, utv cover, was returned due to damage in transit.

The customer service to get the utv cover to me as quick as possible was successful. Great communication all around in getting my utv cover!
