I have made many purchases from Kemimoto for my buggy. All have been excellent fit and finish products at great prices. The one time something didn’t fit right, mostly because I got the year wrong, they allowed me to return it with zero issues. I will continue to buy from Kemimoto.

Kemimoto customer service is amazing. I suggested they include longer bolts for the CFMOTO bed cargo box because the suggested install was to reuse the stock bolts which are unfortunately too short. They thanked me for the suggestion and sent me a credit to purchase longer bolts. Very nice!

The original product I ordered arrived damaged. KemiMoto made it easy to fix the problem. Through email I was able to get a replacement product sent, and it was done in a timely fashion. I appreciate the customer service they provided.

I am a first-time customer who bought a set of six 2" tie-down anchors for my Polaris UTV; however, when I received the package, what was inside was short of 4 Tee Nuts. Other than the missing nuts, the product was of very good quality and less expensive than buying them from Polaris. I contacted the customer service department using the online form to get the missing Tee Nuts. I thought it would be hard to explain the missing nuts since the package was not damaged or opened when I got it, but the representative was very kind and had no issue with sending the missing items. The replacement was sent promptly and arrived quickly. Kemimoto Customer Service is the best I have ever experienced. I can trust Kemimoto with any future purchase.

I ordered two items and received one, utv blinker kit. The other, utv cover, was returned due to damage in transit.

The customer service to get the utv cover to me as quick as possible was successful. Great communication all around in getting my utv cover!

My order got lost, i contacted KemiMoto and they instantly sent me a replacement no questions asked and i received it within 2 days. The quality of the product was amazing too, I will be purchasing from them again,

We have purchased the 3 in one windshield, the seatbelt bypass and the side mirrors. All are high quality.

Product received in 2 separate boxes. In great condition. I received just the washer part and 3 days later received the wiper part in a separate box. It would be nice if it was said there would be 2 separate boxes delivered. Overall, great deal and seems to be a great product. (Not yet installed) thank you Kemimoto. Be careful using KEMIMOTO. I ordered two items, received one, over a week after receiving the item I emailed them asking where my product was. I got an email from a Sophia stating it was all ready delivered and I needed to go to the post office and deal with them. That was a lie. To top it off, then she sent me an email saying it was on back order. When I told them I want a refund immediately because they didn’t notify me it was on back order and lied about it being shipped. Their response “good news it came in and we’re shipping it out.” I still haven’t received it. Got an email today asking to do a survey. Conveniently you can only post pics and they put in your comments for you so you can’t give them a bad review. I won’t use them ever again

Great selection of after market parts at very reasonable pricing. Everything I have purchased from Kemimoto has been been great and the pricing is very reasonable. Their website is very easy to navigate. I can not say enough about this company and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for after market UTV parts.

I would like to write a little feedback on my experience with Kemimoto. I had and issue with hardware and it lead to me losing my roof of my side by side. This was less than ideal! Instead of calling or sending a nasty email, I simply explained my situation! They sent a replacement part extremely fast AND checked up with me once I received it. I can only say nice things about the company and products. I have added a lot of things to my SxS and am enjoying all of it! I find it to be very important to say good with the bad. I truly hope this helps anyone debating who to order from! I believe, it is good products for a fair price!
