Found the perfect bed for an excellent price. Unfortunately item was not in stock but I was emailed immediately with when it would be back in stock and if I still wanted to proceed with the order.

What a waste of my time! After searching and choosing, ordering, filling in all the details, etc., just to be told it's not available. It should not be listed if it is not available.

We sincerely apologize about this situation. Sometimes the suppliers decide to discontinue certain items or certain ranges, after they will decide that they send us an email. We take them off our website in the same day, unfortunately there are cases when a customer places the order before we have time to take them off. In that case we apologize and either offer similar items or refund the customer.
Since you had this issue we will offer you a 5% discount from your next order if you wish to order with us again.

Excellent range at amazingly low prices
Incredible range of furniture available from cheap and cheerful starter furniture to really high quality pieces. I was looking for cheap and cheerful and I found a range of well designed modern furniture at rock bottom prices that suited my needs perfectly. Equally, had I been looking for a high quality "last a lifetime" range I would have found it. Customer service has been exemplary. I look forward to my next purchase.

Excellent
Found website very easy to navigate and ordering was quick and easy. Confirmation after ordering was emailed to me as was a regular update on the progression of the order. Delivery company contacted me by phone and made arrangements that suited me for the delivery of the item. I would have no hesitation in using Furniture Camden in the future.

Avoid at all costs!
Unfortunately, I am still chasing a refund after 2 full months.
My goods have not arrived and they do not respond to my emails.
I would really suggest that this company is avoided - unless you have too much money and don't care about having to send mail after mail and get no response.
I have learnt a lesson - never buy from a website that has no phone number to contact them on - and if ordering off a new site for the first time - check for web review - no matter how well the site is laid out!
I will be taking legal action - and have been assured by my solicitor that the company will be liable for legal costs - so though it may take me more effort, their shocking service will end up costing them. I suggest anyone else in the same boat take the same approach.

This is an awful company who, in short, never reply to your emails. And emailing is the only way they allow you to contact them. It's a con.
In addition, any requests for a refund just fall on deaf ears. I requested a refund at the end of June following repeated emails requesting information on my order for a Belgravia chest of drawers made at the start of May.
Only my very first email was replied to, at the end of May. I have not heard anything from them since then including after asking them for a refund and then asking a second time whilst complaining about what an awful company they are.
I will happily take action against this company and will be more than happy to hear from anyone that would also like to do so.
One last time:
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Poor Customer Service
I have spent the last two months chasing and order and then a refund which I still haven't received.
22 May - I ordered two mirrors online for £198.12.
23 May - I received an email - order confirmed.
24 May - I received an email - order processing.
25 May - I sent an email to the sales team asking when my order will be delivered.
No response. Even though on their website they claim to respond within 4 hours.
27 May - I sent another email to the sales team asking when my order will be delivered and asked to be called.
No response.
30 May - I sent an enquiry through the website again asking for a delivery date.
No response.
1 June - I found this website which displayed another email address for the company. I sent an email to this address, asking for my order to be cancelled due to no response from my three emails and due to the negative reviews I had read. I requested an immediate refund.
1 June - I received an email just saying order cancelled.
6 June - I sent an email asking when my refund will be paid.
7 June - I received an email saying that for a swift refund they could arrange a bank transfer or pay me through Pay Pal.
7 June - I immediately sent a request from my Pay Pal account and replied via email confirming I would like it through Pay Pal.
No response for a week.
14 June - I emailed asking why I haven't received my refund.
No response.
19 June - I received an email saying that a cheque was in the post to me.
14 July - cheque still not received!! I have sent a couple of emails asking where my refund is and haven't had any response.
I'm extremely concerned that I will not receive my refund and don't understand why they can not just credit it back to my card that I ordered with. I will have to speak to my bank now to see if they can help obtain the refund or speak to Trading Standards.
I will never use this company again and advise others not to. I will always make sure in future that the company has a phone number.
