I am sure I will be pleased with the product but not used yet. Not happy with delivery. Paid the extra for next day delivery - as it was after the cut off time I did appreciate it would not be next day but the day after.
Sadly I paid the extra for nothing - ordered on the 25th did not arrive until the 28th..

Amazing brand
Amazing brand, bought lots of items for Mexico including the biodegradable reef safe sun lotion. The one day I didn't lather up was the one day I got bitten lots. Defo my new go to for holidays in particular.

Used the wash and the spray thinking that I wouldn’t get bitten while umpiring a cricket match….. wrong bitten four times and that was after applying more than once…..Wasn’t worth the money I paid for the products and very disappointed

Great Product
Great product that helps keep the mosquitoes out of our bedroom at night. It allows us to sleep with the windows open during this heatwave. We rely on this product as we don't want to be breathing in chemicals all night.

Incognito products really work for me…
For me, these products really work. As someone who is very susceptible to midge and insect bites, often having to have antibiotics because of adverse reactions, and having tried all the well-known brands available in pharmacies, I was recommended Incognito repellent spray by a friend. It truly works for me, and is extremely effective both abroad and at home in the garden. Having read their website reviews and simple steps plan, I decided to buy the citronella soap, inspect repellent spray, insect repellent lotion and roll-on. Quite an expensive order but I wanted to try the products together for maximum protection. I like that the products don’t leave a sticky feel on my skin and over the weeks of use, I have become accustomed to the slight smell. My daily routine is to use the citronella soap in the shower and then either the spray or lotion. I am so happy to have a long last found a brand that effectively prevents me from being bitten.

Base which many do. It is light, has a slight scent, is easy to apply and is really effective in protection. I hAve a sensitive immune system which isnot affected by this product. I recommend it highly.

The most effective insect repellent I’ve ever used, I like the smell and the fact that it doesn’t feel sticky on skin, especially love the lotion!

This works!
I have used the base repellent for many years and it really does work without all the chemicals in most products, and it doesn’t stink. During the summer I layer by using the soap and deodorant and use the incense sticks for dinners on patio. I would be an itchy mess without it.

Straightforward purchase
Straightforward ordering and speedy delivery. This was my second purchase and it was as good as my first.
On a negative note I find your sales technique rather pushy and the ‘bundle’ offers rather confusing.
