I ordered incognito because I have used previously on a Caribbean trip and was impressed by home good it is, also by the fact it doesn't have deet.

Wouldn’t be without Incognito. Effective against biting bugs and smells lovely too. This is the only brand I use and can’t recommend highly enough.

A great company with good environmental ethos. I used their own website (as opposed to 2nd hand suppliers) to get the full range. My 3 items, packaged very economically, arrived promptly. They are not sticky or staining, but of course they smell lovely.

I came across this company when I won a raffle prize from them.

My word what a lovely array of products I received. Such a range and excellent quality. I am using them and sharing with friends.

Really lovely products. i have been using the Kids Repellent Spray for a few years now on my children and it's so gentle but effective. It's the only spray which doesn't aggravate my child's sensitive skin. Really pleased with the customer service and products - will be buying again!

I’ve just arrived from 3 week trip to Brazil, Sao Paolo & Salvador, Feb ‘26, used the body soap and lotion day & night. It gave me full protection. I am extremely happy with Incognito. Highly recommended. Great product.

What can I say, Incognito works, it’s amazing ! My sister in law recommended the product as I always have a strong hystemine reaction to insect bites and last November in Oman I had the worst reaction ever. My legs were covered in blisters that were weeping and very itchy. I had to cover them up for half of my holiday.
I was sceptical about Incognito but decided to buy almost all the products for a recent trip to the Maldives in order to have a layering effect and the best chance of protection. I even bought the deodorant and didn’t take any perfume on holiday with me.
I was amazed at how well Incognito worked, even one night when we were sat on bean bags on the sand watching a film, I noticed the lady next to me scratching her legs and neck until eventually she got up and left , missing the end of the film.
There was an occasion when I had been for a spa treatment, I had showered and afterwards sat on a lounger in the spa garden. I was bitten twice on my wrist as I didn’t put the sun cream or replant on before my treatment. I used the clicker on the bites as soon as I was back in my room and those two bites didn’t swell or blister as usual. I was so impressed. What’s more the island we were staying on is very eco friendly, they used natural products where possible.
If there was a downside it was that I smelled like a dozen citronella candles but honestly I would prefer that to the intense itching, blistering and ugly appearance of the bites any day !

Really happy to find Incognito products. We needed biodegradable insect repellant to swim in the Cenotes in Mexico, which is how I found Incognito. I already use biodegradable reef safe sun lotion so I was really pleased to find they are 100% natural, vegan and sustainable and the range is excellent.

I bought SPF for myself, a spray for my husband (he needs to wear SPF50) to wear over his own cream, an aftersun, an additional body lotion for under clothes, body wash and the room fragrance.

The ONE day/night that I got cocky and thought there were no mosquitos so didnt use my products, I of course woke up with five bites all over my knees/thighs. Gutted.

The other 15 days of our trip I wore my products and used the room fragrance and not one bite. Incredible!!!!!!!

I would recommend a scrubby (eco) wash puff/ sponge as the sun lotion is sustainably heavy, but I didn't find it nearly as white as other biodegradable sun lotions I've used. It lasted me two weeks. I actually don't like citronella but I got used to the scent very quickly.

Incognito will be my go to for all mozzie risky holidays (and humid summers here at home!)

Products and delivery have been great. I shall report back in the effectiveness of all products on my return from overseas travel.

We use this wash everytime we ho abroad as my husband gets btten a lot. This wash is amazing, it really helps.

Super products and excellent delivery service

I love this company's commitment to eco-friendly standards, while delivering excellent, effective products. Very useful to have a range of their products in my backpack on a recent visit to Colombia...

A complete range of products, natural, non-deet, and EFFECTIVE at keeping mosquitos away. Lots of mosquitos in Colombia in Dec/Jan, so I used the Incognito body/shampoo wash, mosquito spray , moisturiser and sun repellent. They all have a nice lemony smell and are easy and non-greasy use. We also used the incense sticks and room refreshers, just to be extra sure in our bedroom. So many people were covered in mosquito bites (in Minca & National Park) and I wasn't - I had maybe 6 bites in total!!! I wouldn't use another product - not worth the risk. Incognito really works.

I received my package within 2 weeks from placing my order which was great since I ordered it last minute before my trip and I wasn’t sure if it would arrive on time. I haven’t tried it yet so I can’t comment on the product itself.

I ordered some goods while on special offer but as I was going to be away from home I asked Incognito to delay despatch of the package which they did most efficiently sending it off on the day I had requested. I was surprised and impressed that they easily managed this request. I have been using the full range of Incognito insect repellents since first discovering them years ago at a holiday fair - never used anything else since and a joy to be rid of deet.

Alles gut. Aber die Zollkosten sind derart teuer, dass ich wohl keine weitere Bestellung machen werde.
