Someone recommended Incognito products to me but I admit I was apprehensive. The products arrived quickly and I decided to use the deodorant, hair and body wash as well as the sun tan lotion and insect repellents. The sun tan lotion is a bit runny but absorbs fairly well and the aftersun and moisturising lotion took the place of my normal day and night creams. I usually get bitten a lot but had just one bite which was my own fault as we were due to leave a 'mosi' zone that day and I became complacent and didn't apply the products as diligently as I should have done. Other than that, I'm very pleased and will use Incognito from now on.

Top quality anti mosquito products we always use incognito on our long haul holidays with mozzies.

My 2 bottles of insect spray arrived with the tops not properly tightened and the liquid had leaked into the box. However, once the company was aware of this, they sent 2 replacement bottles.

Excellent product; stopped us being bitten at night.

Heading on a special trip to Africa, where it’s the rainy season. Both my hubby and I get eaten alive by mosquitoes and other biting insects. We just read so many good things about the products and placed an order. We didn’t realize the international shipping could be slow because of customs, (UK to US) and were worried the new products wouldn’t make it in time. Very effective spray, worked very well especially on children’s delicate skin.

Bought the hair & body wash, insect lotion & the spray at the Good Food & Garden Show in Birmingham. We were assured that this product would have excellent protection for my partner who always gets mosquito bites. We asked if it would work in Mexico (tourist areas) & was given an assurance that this would be far better than anything else on the market.
Well it didn’t work at all. My partner was covered in bites, some of which became very swollen. Not impressed, especially due to the price point of the products!

The insect repellent works well and being a spray covers clothes and body easily.
The room refresher I have used in my west facing conservatory for many years and definitely keeps most of the summer flying insects outside.

I am very happy with the ingredients that are used in their products and the items are sent out promptly however the packaging does leave a little to be desired.
