Joel was great, super helpful and efficient, explained everything and made the purchase of our sofa really easy and simple.

I found that the guy that sold me in the bed today was very nice, very helpful. And understanding of my mobility, he made you feel comfortable, relaxed. And I didn't feel pressured into buying anything. He gave me a good deal. I learned a lot of advice. That's why I give him 5 stars.

Todd was very helpful and informative and did not try to pressure us into purchasing furniture. We were left to browse with the knowledge he was on hand to answer any questions. A credit to the business. Hopefully we will be as satisfied with the delivery when it arrives

I must’ve visited 10 furniture shops looking for my new living room furniture, all much the same but the minute I walked into Furniture Village I just knew I’d find my perfect sofa. I wasn’t harassed and felt no pressure in taking my time. My furniture hasn’t arrived yet but with the 20 years framework guarantee I’m looking forward and excited to receive my sofas when they arrive.

Pascal Hlllock was the sales consultant that I saw today. He could not have been more helpful. I was looking for a particular type of sofa and chair and the one he pointed out to me was exactly what I wanted. He was not pushy and give me the time I needed to choice exactly what I wanted with regard to recliner chair and gave me advise concerning the fabric. I have a cat that scratches my furniture and Pascal advised me what was the best sort of fabric . After I had decided he went through everything with me in language I understood. No jargon! Great Service.

We wanted new bedroom furniture for our bereaved grandchildren to cheer them up. Service was quick, helpful and efficient. The furniture was delivered and in place the next day and a brilliant discount was applied too.

Gemma at Furniture Village was extremely helpful and informative, giving me plenty of time to make a decision. I particularly liked not being pressurised. The delivery firm was also helpful when I had to change the date for delivery and the fitters were excellent. Full marks for service.

Liked the product bought but annoyed that unless we mentioned the drawers we would not have come with it as there was no card telling you drawers were extra, had thought the price was all in.

Went to furniture Village to look at new sofa for our home in Cotswolds and met a really nice man Joel very friendly and helpful a credit to the company
