Furniture Village - Bristol Reviews 

The person who came to assemble/deliver the furniture was rude to me. He told me he has alot of work for the day, he has no time to come and mess around in my house. Simply because I asked him to reposition the sofa so that it can stop blocking the exit door.
He referred me as 'Love' I felt offended as im not his love.
He has no respect and lack communication skills to customers. I spent alot money in the store but the end service was very poor.
I won't want him near or around my house in future.

Steve was a very polite assistant and was answered all the questions we had there was no sales pressure and we were left to browse at our leisure a very pleasant experience I would recommend this store to others

Today my self & my husband & my little dog went to furniture village in cribs causeway Bristol. It was a lovely shop with so much selection. The staff were so lovely but what stood out for me was a lady called Paula she made a fuss of our dog we had coffee and a chat and she said have a look around and if you need any help please come and let me know.
We decided on what we wanted and she took time & care & completed the sale for us. She explained everything so lovely. I have never had customer service like this anywhere. What an absolute pleasure shopping here & cannot thank Paula enough for everything.
Amazing service

The staff in store were friendly helpful and knowledgeable about the products we ordered. The office staff were obliging and helpful and the delivery men fitted it all together carefully and quickly and asked us to check their work and our satisfaction with it at every step. They were efficient but unhurried, allowing us the chance to see the product when it was complete.
Thoroughly happy with the experience and would recommend Furniture Village without hesitation.

The delivery of my couches went very smoothly, the two guys Kris and Sancho went above and beyond as they had to carry the couches a bit further than expected, very friendly and helpful.

Charlie at the Cribbs causeway store was incredible.
She is highly knowledgeable, friendly, and always going the extra mile for the customer. Nothing is too much trouble for her.

Met at the door, and directed to upstairs department, Met by Jack, showed the 2 items, paid deposit explained to us what happened. Used this store before, always clean and tidy.

Judging by all the one star reviews, it looks like FV is going down the tubes. Cannot see my one star review written a few weeks ago. Four attempts at delivering the correct bed base and 9 plus weeks later still not correct. Kieran from Customer Satisfaction Dept ( they cannot help but it sounds good) wanted more details but he never got back. Apparently the guarantee isnt worth having when put to the test. No one seems to know anything, help with anything, or solve a perpetual problem. FV lady phoned me yesterday 24/8/26 when it became clear she didnt really know why she was phoning me. I asked, was it Kieran. She replied, I dont know but it was a man, it might have been. Just wanted to know if I would be able to take a phone call. It feels like a comedy act. Following this review, my partner has been contacted and was told that a technician will be enlisted to modify the base we do not possess to include the slider feet ferrules, the sprung base and the four drawers.

I ordered a settee and left a deposit and was arranging interest free credit. Was told an email and phone call would follow as they had a problem arranging the finance. I left it with them. No follow up Monday. The finance company emailed notification that it has been cancelled on Tuesday. I phoned the store and had to leave my details so they could ring me back. I had a call from another sales person who could really not help, but gave me the finance companies number. I rang them to be told it was cancelled by the store. I rang back and had to leave more details so I tried the online telephone number. Lola was great and put me through to someone in Bristol who sounded like he could help. He explained they had just reverted to a cash sale. I said that this is not what I had asked for and that James had given me different options. The lien went dead. Now I have paid for a sofa but not been oked for their finance deal and have no one who is following through. Very frustrated and upset at this point. So no cannot recommend.
