Naj who took my call was polite, professional and was able to assist me with my issue.

However, I'm not happy I have an issue with a sofa which is less than 4 months old. I went to furniture village as was recommended for food quality 🤔☹️

We were attended to, without waiting, by a very helpful and knowledgeable staff member. She was able to answer all of our questions in an efficient and friendly manner and placed our order quickly, explaining what was going to happen before the furniture arrived.

Our lovely sales assistant today was Donna Martin, good fun, very knowledgeable, she talked through the additional Care and Protect package covering all my concerns, top tips as well to keep our new furniture looking great. Coffee and biscuits are a welcome treat as you complete paper work for your purchase. Seamless and easy today.

We had a very helpful and knowledgeable assistant called Ben helping us with our purchase. No pressure at all with the sale but answered all our questions, could not have helped us more.

We have only ordered our sofas so far but everything so far has been great. Suzi at Exeter was patient and didn't try to hard sell which was appreciated. The ordering process was easy and we are looking forward to the call saying they are coming.

I recently ordered a new sofa from Furniture Village and would recommend the sales agent (Donna) who helped me. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the products, answering all my questions without ever making me feel pressured to buy. I particularly appreciated that she encouraged me to take the colour samples outside so I could see them in natural light — such a simple thing, but it made choosing the right colour much easier and gave me confidence in my decision. She was warm, friendly and professional throughout, and her approach was informative rather than pushy. She genuinely wanted to help me find the right product for my home, making what could have been a stressful buying decision feel easy and enjoyable. Excellent customer service.

The sales consultant we saw, Ben Heately, was really lovely. Very friendly, Great knowledge of products, we didn’t feel pressured at all, he just explained any queries we had really well & left us alone when needed. We went in for a light fitting & came out having bought a new bed 😄 would definitely buy from here again. If the product & delivery are as good as this we'll be very happy!
