Your drivers were polite and respectful of the property

Delivery drivers Rob & Joe ,very respectful of the property laid carpet down in the hallway and also took their shoes off to go upstairs to deliver our bed,
All put to together really well,
Also took away all of the packaging, definitely recommend the company

Good contact about arrival time for order. Ali and Ricky very friendly and chairs put in place so nothing for us to do. So good not to have packaging to get rid of. Very impressed. Thank you

We have purchased furniture from Furniture Village in Poole before which is why we are returning customers. Our experience of their staff who dealt with us was exemplary. From sales rep, Andrew Witt who was knowledgeable, friendly and patient, as were Craig, who kept us updated by telephone regarding our delivery timings and Karl and Rhys, the drivers, who were very efficient and friendly, they installed our 3 seater and 2 seater sofa with limited disruption to our household and removed all the packing. They were very friendly and jovial too, which always goes down well. We would definitely recommend this company to others.

Delivery drivers Rob and Joe were polite and friendly, they took great care in putting sofas together and were professional in everything they did, cleared all the packaging and took away, I am really pleased with their delivery service.

Just had our beautiful new arm chairs delivered, Rob and Joe were both great - both took their shoes off to come in and laid out sheets through from the porch to the lounge. The delivery and set up was very quick, and a couple of very nice guys.

The 2 deliver guys were very polite and very careful when delivering my Table and chairs.
They put protection on the floor before laying the table on top to fix the legs on.

On Monday the 11th, May 2026, I got my new sofa delivered by Rob and Joe, special mention to both for being so professional, careful with the floors, doors, corners, they were paying attention to anything around the house. The arrived on time and left the house in 30' with the job done! 👍🏻.

Delivery was faultless. Arrived on time as indicated by the tracker; drivers laid down protective floor coverings; furniture was well protected and carried through easily; erected and tested before asking for sign off. They were polite and helpful throughout.
