Richard was great in assisting our decision to buy a sofa with him. We explained what we needed for the space & family needs.
We bought the Mariah Sofa - by far the nicest sofa we’d seen after looking around every sofa shop going.

Mike was really helpful and friendly and offered very good advice

Richard was helpful without being fussy, he asked us what we were looking for and showed us a range of items that met the brief.
He gave us space to decided what we wanted, then efficiently helped us place our order.

Showroom was bright and welcoming,staff greeted us as we walked in but were never overpoweringly present ,I like to be able to browse and try sofas and chairs without someone hovering and this store fitted that to a tee for me ,I knew they were happy to help and on hand for any information I needed but gave us space to look. Mike served us and he was so lovely really made the experience perfect

Great service and staff

Every step was excellent - from the service in the show room to arranging and receiving the delivery. The quality of the products is very good. All went without a glitch and we would highly recommend to friends and family.

Cannot believe how helpful Waseem @ the Leeds branch was. Super friendly and informative of the sofa we liked, helped us with all questions and even gave us a very attractive price! Really felt looked after here, would highly recommend ❤️

Excellent - customer service was excellent from Amir, I arrived at the shop in my dog walking attire, Amir was the only person who approached and helped me find the perfect new mattress and a beautiful dinning table and chairs. So kind friendly and helpful he was. Great experience will definitely coming back when I need some furniture.

Sales men not pushing you into buying, very polite and helpful

Overpriced but service was wonderful on time of shop. Communication differs because we were told different things regarding the recycling/disposal of old beds, which meant the smooth process was interrupted. Now need to find a way to get rid of beds without paying ridiculous fees of £100+. Not happy with being told different at time of shop that it was included to on delivery day this being denied and not being a thing.

From the moment I entered the Leeds branch I received exceptional customer service from Sayed (apologies if misspelled!). He was extremely attentive without being pushy, he offered me and my family a hot drink and even gave us extra cookies! This was my first big purchase for my first home and his assistance on the day made the experience extremely enjoyable and stress free. I left the shop wanting to leave a positive review before I even received the text offering me to.
I was also really impressed with the furniture on offer and how incredible the sale prices and discounts were. I look forward to my sofa arriving as I really feel as though I am getting amazing value for money.

I found just what I needed, the sales man Mike was excellent! He answered all my questions patiently and explained the different options that helped me make a decision. Its a really good store with lots of affordable options.
