We had an excellent experience with Mike at Furniture Village in Batley, Leeds.

From the moment we walked into the store, Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and guided us through the different options without any pressure. His product knowledge was outstanding, and he explained the features and benefits of the power recliner sofas clearly and thoroughly.

Thanks to Mike's advice and expertise, we were able to find the perfect sofa for our home with ease. He even taught us how to properly care for our sofa. He made the whole purchasing process smooth, straightforward, and enjoyable.

No pushy salespeople, however when needed the young man that served us was excellent.

Good service in the store without being pushy and easy to order.informed in advance about delivery and was on time deliver by two very polite men who took all the packages away and made sure we were happy before leaving .very happy with our sofa and chair good quality

after almost 1 year they have FINALLY got it right.the first sofa and footstool had faults as did the second and third.the forth one was ok.they did offer money off the others,but having paid over £2000 i wanted it right. no offer off compensation for the wait and stess from this situation which would have made my experience a bit more bearable and a recommendable company.delivery lads were friendly quick

Today we purchased the “Dinky” settee in a beautiful deep blue colour from Furniture Village and we wanted to recognise the outstanding service we received from Richard.

Before visiting Furniture Village, we were actually quite certain that we would be purchasing a settee from another retailer. However, the experience we had there felt cold and impersonal, and it seemed as though very little effort was made to even engage with us, let alone help us find the best purchase for our want/needs.
