There is a good range of products at competitive prices.
And more importantly the salesman wasn't pushy - left us to make our decision in our own time and space!

We had 2 leather sofas but one had a tear so we looked online for a replacement. Furniture Village was our "go to" place. (Past experience with excellent sales staff, delivery and product.)Andy, the salesman, was helpful. The one I'd seen online wasn't available but he showed one just as good and with an inshore discount it was cheaper, and it was in stock - so we bought 2, replacing both our sofas. Andy was so helpful, knowledgeable, friendly but remained professional. Delivery came just 4 days later. Rob and Joe delivered and assembled the new sofas. Again they were so friendly and helpful and very efficient.
The staff at Furniture Village Poole are a credit to the company. We recognised staff from previous visits.

Adam served us at the Poole store. He was excellent at his job. Right from the start he was very helpful with all questions we had. At no point was he pushy to sell. This level of service from Adam continued right through to the delivery of the sofas.

I am delighted with my table and chairs. Very good customer service from Michael when buying the table and chairs. He wasn’t pushy and spent a long time advising and helping me select the right furniture and nothing was too much trouble.

The delivery drivers Ali and Ricky were also very good and very pleasant and polite. They were also very careful and respectful in my home and wore shoe protectors without being asked.

This was just placing an order but so far he service and experience is all one could wish for. I had researched online and selected what I thought would be most suitable. The sales consultant, Andy, was knowledgeable and helpful, and said they had not got this on display but suggested an alternative which proved even better for me. It took only a short time to select a fabric and discuss delivery and complete the paperwork. The price quoted was excellent value and the transaction completed to my entire satisfaction.
