This is the second time I have purchased furniture from this store & as I walked in with my elderly father to buy him a recliner chair, Carolyn who served me last time remembered me & served us again, she was extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable & friendly, nothing was too much trouble & as before, her customer service skills were excellent. Very pleasurable experience, thank you Carolyn.
