We bought a dining table and 6 chairs. Andy our sales assistant, took us through the pros and cons of the table IE scratch resistant etc. Andy was very friendly and very knowledgeable

Plenty of choice, knowledgeable and approachable staff and a quick purchase with no push to sell "extras".

Great experience here. Carolyn was more than helpful. She was knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble and she wasn’t pushy in the slightest. Couldn’t have had a better experience in store & even returned on a day that she would be in purely so we could buy our new mattress with her as she was just overall brilliant.

Went to the store yesterday to look for a leather recliner settee. I must say a special thank you to Abdul Hasim - the Sales Consultant who assisted us. He was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable about the items we were interested in without applying any pressure to buy. Once we made our decision he made the purchasing process very easy and explained everything to us. Excellent customer service provided and will definitely look out for him next time we visit the store.

I’d highly recommend Dave! He was absolutely brilliant in helping me choose and buy my dining table and six chairs. He was friendly, helpful and really took the time to make sure I was happy with my choice. Nothing was too much trouble, and the whole experience was easy and stress-free.

Good morning. I phoned the After Care Dept at Furniture Village today with an enquiry following delivery of my new sofa and armchair one week ago and spoke to Donna.
I must say Donna was marvellous, she was so very helpful, knowledgeable, and informative. She took time with me and has sent me a very useful email for my information, and requested that in a further week time to take some photos of the possible issue I have with one part of the seat to my sofa which I shall do.
I would like to thank Donna very much for all her assistance.

Went in to buy a table that we’d already seen online, but we wanted to see in the flesh. Very happy with the service and discount we managed to get, all very quick and efficient. We’ll definitely use them again

Kevin our salesman in my opinion is a great asset to Furniture Village. He was very welcoming on us arriving into the store and greeted us with a smile and asked us was their anything he could help us with. Kevin asked us our names and there was no pressure at all from him, he showed us around and told us about the quality and he showed us about how the product is made up and what type of springs etc are used. Kevin gave us time to discuss and decide what we wanted and was happy to answer any questions we had. Also got to mention the Manager who also came across to say hello and we had a chat with him too. We got a good deal from Furniture Village and left feeling we had a very positive experience. We are looking forward to receiving our furniture.

Kevin once again has excelled with his services and took great care of us. One happy returning customer.

Explained everything

There was no hard sell when we entered the store. Kevin introduced himself and after asking us what we were looking for, he gave us some brief information and left us to look around the store. Once we had decided what we wanted we asked Kevin to provide us with the types of colours that the furniture came in. He provided us with this which helped us to make our choice. He then took us through the process of buying the furniture. All in all Kevin was a great help in assisting us, without ever being pushy.

As a returning customer I was dealt with quite nicely by Abdul who was very informative and even gave a discount, which I thought was very nice
