Adrian Ford the sales man was excellent, nothing was too much trouble therefore didn’t feel rushed in any way

Went with my mom and sister to have a look around furniture village Solihull, one of the sales men "Kush" approached us and asked if we'd like a hot drink and a cookie, we said we were fine and carried on looking around, we had planned on going to all of the furniture shops but Kush helped so much once we found one we liked that we decided to go with what we found, great customer service, very friendly and helpful, we've gotta wait for delivery but very happy with the service. 😄

The right balance between guidance and letting us get on with it.

Needed a new sofa ,and was helped by John Whelan who explained everything.
It was a simple process sorting credit. John was very helpful and friendly.

Our Customer Sales Agent was Adrian - Excellent people communication skills allied to excellent product knowledge made Adrian an asset to the "Furniture Village Family".

We visit Sofology, another furniture couple of shops down from Furniture Village and we were not impressed by them - no visible stuff which gave us the feeling/impression less desirable members of the public could literally walk into that store and "help themselves and simply walkout (unchallenged) and without paying.

We visited Furniture Village today and purchased our sofas, and although we haven’t received the delivery yet, I really wanted to leave a review for Adrian Ford because his service was outstanding.

He took the time to explain everything clearly, helped us through the whole purchasing and payment process, and genuinely tried his best to help us get a good delivery offer. He also gave us extra cleaning boxes/products, which was a very kind gesture.

Adrian was patient, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire experience. Customer service like this really makes a difference. Thank you again!

Staff friendly and helpful. Not overbearing or pushy, giving us space and time to view items in our own time. Salesman Amir was courteous and made himself available to answer any questions we had. We chose to return to Furnitue Village for another purchase, our second this year, as our visit was so successful.

Excellent service

Driver rang me at the given time and arrived on time. They took the single bed and mattress upstairs carefully and assembled it. They took the packing material with them leaving the room clean.
