Furniture Village - Straiton Reviews 

We visited furniture village at Straiton retail park today. Thank you Tom for helping us finalize our dining table. You are very patient and knowledgeable.

Andrew was very helpful and patient whilst I made my final decision about what sofa bed I was wanting to go for. He informed me about the delivery options and I'm sure I'll be very happy with my purchase

Abysmal service from furniture village, came to deliver my dining table and chairs, dropped the marble table top and broke it, was told customer service will be in touch to arrange a replacement table. No call at all sitting here with 6 dining chairs and no replacement table. Eventually had to call myself to be told they can’t replace the table for a alternative table as they didn’t have this one in stock any longer, I expected something similar but got told I had to pay a massive difference or they will collect my chairs and refund me. Steven at the after sales team was the most unhelpful person I have ever spoken to in retail! No compensation offered or discount towards a replacement. Will never shop with this shambles of a company again.

Absolutely no pressure from staff, which, for me, is so important - Hayleigh served me when I was ready, and she was knowledgeable about the stock, very helpful and so pleasant. Good range of furniture to choose from. A very good experience.

It was straight forward from the beginning Roger was good

Roger, the sales consultant he was excellent. He was very kind, helpful and felt so comfortable discussing suites with him. He knew his job, advised us with options with no pressure to buy, which helped us in our decision. He offered us coffee, as well as other sales people too. Would highly recommend this company and their staff, excellent products and a wide variety.

friendly customer service, and a good cup of coffee whilst having time to choose. Will return to Gary when we purchase other items.

I was welcomed into the shop by Roger and when I told him I was just browsing he said just to ask if I needed any help. I found a couple of suites I was interested in and he answered all of my questions without being pushy which I really appreciated.
I went back next day when I'd decided which suite I was having and again spoke to Roger who was very professional and processed the order for me.
This is the second time I've purchased from this shop and I would recommend it to anyone looking to purchase furniture.

We had a problem with a small scratch on the G-Plan Oak Sideboard we ordered from Furniture Village but Kush from the Product Aftercare Team sorted it out quickly and professionally. Everyone is happy as a result.

Hayleigh is excellent. Not too pushy, but attentive and very helpful once we had narrowed what we were looking for. She had good knowledge of the sofas we were looking at, and anything we asked she either knew the answer, or was able to find out.

We were instantly impressed not only by the range on offer but the low pressure from the staff on the floor. Tom, who introduced himself and gave us the time and space needed to browse was a delight. Helpful, personable and knowledgeable. We ended up purchasing and the process was painless.

Very helpful member of staff, Hayleigh, showed patience with us and wasn't pushy at all. A very nice relaxing shopping experience.
How it should be!

We were looked after today by Jordan who is a credit to Furniture Village Straiton. Really friendly and helpful, made our first ever trip to FV a pleasure and we will return in the future. Already recommended FV to family and friends today as it was such a good experience.Looking forward to receiving our new dining room furniture.

Really good service with staff who were attentive, interested and friendly without being pushy.
