Outstanding! I could not recommend a better place! First, the process was smooth, and everything was straightforward when it came to my fertility loan. Secondly, the amount of support I received from my assigned nurse was beyond anything I could have imagined! Jen, my nurse, was always checking in, answered my questions promptly, and I found her more helpful than my actual IVF nurse from my clinic. The fact that this organization even gives you a nurse says a lot! Generally, I felt supported and that they wanted to see me succeed with my fertility options. THANK YOU!

We are so glad that we partnered with Future Family for our IVF journey- everyone we spoke to throughout every step of the process was helpful and kind. I was assigned a future family nurse (Laura W) who was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. She helped me with a lot of the concerns I had with the IVF procedures and later when I became pregnant and had questions about early pregnancy. I am very grateful and happy we chose Future Family and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking into IVF.

Working with Jackie for about a month now. She has helped me understand the ins and outs of this loan that I was going to get. She walked me through everything and has been available to me whenever I needed her. Thank you future family and Jackie for helping me start this process off smoother.

My experience with future family was great at first. Until I realized I was told the wrong information. Before I sign the loan I asked the representative multiple times that if we don't use the entire loan amount in which we took out, and we didn't use all of our dispursment funds that our monthly amount would be lowered. She said yes multiple times. We didn't need to take the entire loan amount, but we were advised by the representative to take the entire approved amount because you never know if you'll need more for other treatments. We did not need the entire loan. This was not clear to us. Again I was under the impression that after the Dispursments period if we didn't use the entire loan amount our monthly loan amount would be adjusted lower! Thats a couple extra grand that we are paying for that we did not use!!!

I did want to say that I had a wonderful experience with Stephanie. She was kind and compassionate. Always checking up on me, she was switched out for another nurse who doesn't have the same compassion as Stephanie. She Is nice, but she doesn't go the extra mile.

In general I wouldn't recommend future family again based on the miscommunication on the loan, and lack of communication with my nurse in the last month or so.

It is almost impossible to speak to anyone.. have emailed called nbr only to be told to email.. no response. Terrible way to run a company.
