Ryan T was incredibly helpful with explaining the financial process, answering all my questions and putting my mind at ease. Every fertility journey is different but I think a common theme is worrying about the cost. Thanks to FF and Ryan, it’s one less thing on a very full plate.

IVF is stressful as it is but future family is not! I have nothing but great experiences thus far.

Originally, we signed up with Future family to help us with IVF payments. It turns out, we are in a mandated state for IVF coverage with insurance, and didn’t need the loan. Canceling our loan was so easy. I was nervous and scared we wouldn’t be able to get out of it— but Ryan T. was SO helpful in letting us know that we should make the best decision for us.

I found Future Family through my IVF doctor. Once I applied, I was connected with Curtis to complete the loan process. Curtis was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process! He really made this part of the IVF journey a lot easier for my husband and I. He was very responsive whenever we had any questions and seemed like he genuinely cared. I would have given this review 5 stars, but I was disappointed with the rates at Future Family. They promote 0% APR, but it’s near impossible to even come close to that. My husband and I make decent money and we both have fantastic credit, but we ended up with 9.24% APR. I thought we would’ve at least been close to the 0%. It was pretty disappointing. Other than that, the service was great, and Curtis was amazing.

My wife are I will be doing our second IVF cycle. Funding fertility services is pretty rough, but Curtis and the crew at Future Family have given us hope. Frankly, going through IVF is extremely taxing. Fortunately for us, we reached out to Future Family and they hooked us up with Curtis to help get us approved for a loan. Within two minutes on the phone, I could easily tell that Curtis is a genuinely kind and caring person. He was able to guide me through all the hurdles related to financing our family's project as well as ease my mind. And most importantly, Curtis is super accessible! He always responds and reaches out when necessary. Curtis is advocating for You!

I just started my loan and I did not realize it was on automatic payments. I sent in an additional payment by accident and they would not stop the pending transaction.. right around holidays and with everything else that goes on with IVF.. very stressful and they were not accommodating whatsoever. Very disappointed since they advertise they truly understand the process of IVF and the stress.. well thank you for adding on to my stress and financial situation with a duplicate payment that was an accident. Any company should be able to cancel duplicate charge when in the pending status and that is per my bank.

My coach Laura that I had was amazing! She was the best fit for me. She listens, always got back with me, and always kept it honest. This process can feel lonely and it doesn’t have to be. Very happy and grateful for my experience with Future Family and my coach Laura :)

I personally had the best experience on my fertility journey with Ryan from Future Family! He answered all of my questions from the first moment we talked. He absolutely made the journey to motherhood less burdensome and reduced stressful situations with his quality customer service and assurance. He goes above and beyond the call duty to ensure that the client’s needs are met in accordance to their company’s policies and standards. He values honesty, clear communication, integrity and respect for those that he passionately serves. I was skeptical about what my experience would be like, but Ryan exceeded all of my expectations. Curtis was enthusiastic, patient and super helpful throughout our loan process. It’s not ideal to have to turn to financing to help you through IVF amongst all the other stress that infertility brings... But, I am thankful for the assistance and expertise that Future Family provides.

I was asked to have an active H1B visa for the entire duration of the loan term. Looks like Future Family supports only Residents/Green Cards. H1b (H1B visa at least 2 years validity) holders, so apply Future Family application if you have visa validity at least 2 years else your application will not be approved.
Not a great experience!

I could not be happier that we chose Future Family for our fertility loan. We are just beginning the process, but Curtis is so helpful and patient. He has taken what could be a stressful aspect (finances) of an already stressful situation (infertility) and made it as worry free as possible. Future Family far exceeded our expectations for fertility financing and fertility coaching. We were provided a phenomenal rate for our loan and had great communication throughout the entire process. We also felt the added bonus of the included fertility coaching was extremely helpful and encouraging throughout our journey.

Future family has been great for our journey. We went online and started the loan process and Jackie contacted me with in a few hours. After such a hard time with everything related to infertility it seemed to be bad news on top of bad news. Jackie came to the rescue with her positive energy and answered all the questions I had. Our fertility coach (Stephanie) was fantastic, well worth the money and made our entire IVF experience much smoother and pleasant. She was available for all forms of electronic communication, and always responded within her working hours. Our loan specialists (Curtis) made it very clear exactly what our options were, what the loan details were, and walked us through every step of the process, and assisted us when we needed to increase our loan size. We always felt like we were dealing with friends that genuinely wanted the absolute best outcome for us through our IVF journey. We would highly recommend them, and will be returning in the future for our next IVF round!

Not only is FF's mission important and amazing, but their customer service is unparalleled. They're so personable and helpful. I've had such a great experience with them so far! Simple terms, plenty of support, and I love the fact that they have RN's who can help you with medications, etc. Amazing company and support system!
