Incredibly easy to use and VERY user friendly from both the front and back end. Setting it up is a breeze, getting folks registered is a breeze, bidding, raffles, collecting donations are all a breeze!! AND their customer service is some of the best I have experienced anywhere. I cannot recommend Galabid enough for non-profits!

They take a large profit margin of the auction fees and auction products for their own property at well above the going rate they also auctioned concert tickets that were sold out.

Simple to upload items, clear how to run it on the night and payments were able to be made via Apple Pay making purchasing items simple for guests.

This is our second year using Galabid for our biggest event of the year. Their customer svc is amazing; they are ALWAYS there to help when needed (even when I had a question at the end of our event at 9pm!) I also conducted a comparison between Galabid and other top bidding sites - Galabid was at the top. You won't be disappointed.

A well designed tool for aiding fundraising but the real power is the excellent support available whenever needed.

We hosted an online auction w/ about 100 items. This was my first time using GalaBid and it could not have been any better. The customer service is unmatched in any program/platform I've ever used. I got immediate assistance and always got an answer to my question. We selected the 4.9% option and were so happy we did. The Volunteer Accounts really improved the experience for our bidders, who were less tech savvy, during our in-person event. Volunteer accounts also made checkout so smooth and bidder friendly. The whole experience increased the overall positive environment of our in-person fundraising event. Events can be stressful. It's nice to use a platform that alleviates some of that stress.

Gala Bid is an excellent option for an annual online auction to raise money, in our case, for St. Baldrick's. It is extremely user friendly, when you connect to a stripe account for credit cards to be used (a must for an online auction of course), the fees are reasonable and do not take away much (approx 2.9%) of the proceeds you work hard to raise. We have used this now 2 years in a row, even researched other options out there and hands down GalaBid is the best and we are super pleased with the outcome each year, the ease of use, and the funds we were able to raise for charity.

Very user friendly site to use with excellent tuturial videos and helpful agents

It's the first time we used Gala Bid but we'll certainly use them again - it was brilliant. Extremely easy to upload items to the online auction that we created. Support online chat function was excellent - got immediate answers to anything we were confused about. Added donation function as an additional item on our auction - it was so easy and so amazing and we were thrilled with the whole thing!

Our Pride 2024 Event fundraising was a success in part due to the Galabid Auction/Raffle/Donation page we were able to create. It was simple to do, and easy for the participants to view and get their bids in. The pages of auction items looked great! Very smooth process and also the funds were deposited quickly to our account. Thanks!

I looked around at various sites to support a one off fund raising auction. Never having done one before I was really impressed how easy Galabid was to use and how flexible it was too in allowing you to add additional items and also pause the auction to make changes. The charges were optional too and whilst we did add charges as a contribution towards the platform fees they were very reasonable compared to others I looked at.

Fantastic platform! It was so easy to set up and worked seamlessly. Galabid was perfect for our mountain bike team silent auction. We raised funds for scholarships. Bravo!
