Setting up an online auction is straightforward and the live chat is extremely useful and responsive to any questions. The auction ran smoothly and without any technical problems. A very good result.

This is a great auction platform, but the thing that really sets it apart is the support.

The support centre is filled with incredibly useful how-to videos, and covers every step of creating a campaign. And they have round the clockl, real human beings on their chat support who helped me troubleshoot items, fixed and uploaded files for me, ran a "health check" on my campaign and gave me load of useful ideas to make things work more smoothly and raise more money--and I was using the free version of the softwre!! They just did it out of a sincere desire to help me raise funds for my school.

Kudos, @GalaBid, for your amazing support videos and for hiring amazing support staff who made this process so turnkey.

This is the second consecutive year we've used GalaBid for our annual silent auction. We are a boarding school, remotely located. So for years our auction size (i.e. number of bidders) was constrained to just those families who made it back to campus for the event. My aim was to expand our event such that anyone could participate, and GalaBid was the best choice I could have made. When I learned that the platform was free to me, it was icing on the cake. I was able to begin building the auction site in the fall (for an April auction), and it was easy. I mean easy. There's a live chat feature on the website and EVERY SINGLE time I've had a question, the GB folks are right there- reassuring, timely, knowledgeable. Last year we set a record at our auction, thanks to Galabid. This year.... we more than DOUBLED last year. It was just amazing. Use this folks. You won't be sorry.

So easy to use and set up. Online chat answered my questions and off I went. We raised thousands for our charity via a silent auction. You can pretty much set up your campaign however you want it. Fantastic software

I LOVE the mumber of photos they allow us post. A picture is worth a thousand words is the saying and for an online auction it can mean more money! I love the ease of the whole transaction as a coordinator and participant.

The whole bidding process worked very well. However, following a successful winning bid I was charged an additional £180 ‘booking fee’ on my credit card. I have queried and chased through their support email but not had any response back. Beware everyone!

We used to gala bid to host a PTA online silent auction and it went fantastic! The platform was so easy to use and intuitive. Definitely will be using again!

This is our 3rd Auction with GalaBid in helping to raise money for our Registered Charity, Project Precious Haiti. As in the past it was simple to set up, sit back, and let them do the work. They do not have a set fee or "make" people to donate to them - just ask and give options of amount people may wish to do. We do encourage our bidders to do so, as they do a wonderful job, in all facets of the auction. Looking forward to doing #4 in the fall.

Reasonably easy to use and help videos are very helpful.

I've used Gala Bid for at least 5 years for Silent Auctions to raise money for several non profits. The software is pretty self explanatory, the help videos are great and customer support is very good when you need it. It's a slick, professional way to make your Auctions look great and raise some serious money!

My customer support agent, Chris Allsopp, was quick, effective, and knowledgable. He was incredibly helpful and great to work with.

We switched to GalaBid for our very small school’s online auction. It was easy to set up and customer support was prompt and very helpful. The process was incredibly easy. Some of our bidders tipped GalaBid and that is the only fee they took from our auction. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them without hesitation.
