A super friendly system.Everything was so easy to set up, from creating the account, adding the products, selecting the winner. You do not need to even watch the videos. GalaBid will definitely be our to go website for fundraising events.

Galabid was a dream every step of the…
Galabid was a dream every step of the way. I had not hosted an online auction before and am not particularly technology-savvy, and after looking at several platforms decided that Galabid was the most user-friendly. Indeed, it was very user-friendly. Even the bidders, who skew older, commented on how easy everything was, from registration to bidding to paying. When I had questions the Live Chat feature was right there walking me through my questions. I went into hosting this auction feeling confident, I would use this platform again in a minute.

The fact that it’s 100% free is amazing, and they only rely on the generosity of the organizer or fundraising participants. (Donations are voluntary).

Great way to hold an auction
Great way to hold an auction and takes all hard work out of your hands. They also collect in the funds from the bids which is really useful. Whenever I needed advice or help I got it straight away from the help box on the screen. We will definitely use Galabid again for any future fundraising

Very user friendly with access to live chat for support
I found galabid quite user friendly and really liked that things were automated as far as sending messages out to participants and such. Support was readily available if I had questions via live chat👍 Only change/or perhaps I didn’t set it up correctly, would be for participants to get notified if they are outbid. They had to keep logging in to see the status of their bid. Thank you for this platform, being just one person running a little fundraiser it’s nice to have this option❤️

User Friendly & Professional Site
This platform for an online auction is amazing. It's so user friendly and looks very professional. They make their money from voluntary contributions by winning bidders, thereby allowing the non-profit to keep everything they raise. I think it's a win/win/win!

Great experience on all fronts
We had an amazing auction and raised much more than anticipated. Everyone enjoyed the event. The system was easy to use. Customer service was very responsive. This was our first online auction but likely not our last given this experience.

I love using GalaBid. It is very easy to customize and it is easy to use -- in addition to being better quality than some paid software. It's such a blessing to have found this free option to use for our non-profit fundraisers. Highly recommend!

Excellent platform for fundraising!
I used Galabid for a school fundraising auction and I thought it was excellent. I found it very easy to use and intuitive. The help videos were really useful too.
It made running the silent auction very easy. Would highly recommend!

Incredible experience!!!
This was our first experience using a fundraising platform, and we were floored by how user friendly, intuitive and incredibly organized it was. The set up was such a streamlined process, and the ability to follow up with customers who had outstanding bills to pay, was such a helpful feature. We could not recommend this app more!!
