Easy to use!
Auction items were easy to see with uploaded photos. Love the automatic notification of winning bids.

There was a bit of a learning curve, but everything went well.

GalaBid worked very well for our Silent Auction. We are a small organization and had a small number of auction items. The payout at the end was very fast. I would definitely recommend this site.

GalaBid was amazing! We are a small preschool that was having a silent auction fundraiser to raise funds for improvements to our courtyard. We only used the basic silent auction functionality, however the platform appears to be ready to administer a complicated multi-faceted event as well. It was really easy to administer and we nearly doubled our previous fundraising totals. I would absolutely use the platform again and would highly recommend checking it out if you are looking to run an auction or other fundraising efforts

This was our first time using the platform. Great success. There was confusion about the "tip" but we'll know how to explain next year. For all questions and issues, GalaBid staff were quick to answer and if needed, fix issues. We'll use the platform again next year if nothing (or not much) changes.

I searched high and low for an auction site to use at my fundraiser but none had the features I wanted without charging crazy rates. GalaBid turned out to be perfect AND free. So glad I came across them!

It was my first auction and my first auction app. So there was a pretty steep learning curve. But I was able to set up my auction and run it with very little friction. Overall great user experience. I would have loved for it to to be easier to customize the look of the auction. That was not as intuitive or easy as the rest of the set up. The reporting, especially as the auction neared the end and closed out, was especially valuable. I'm getting ready to use Galabid again for my 2022 hike/fundraiser.

Galabid made my experience so easy to manage. There are lots of different choices so that you can customize the offerings. We will be using galabid again this October for our fundraiser!

It was fairly easy to load photographs and descriptions of our auction items. The Galabid website looked very professional. It was easy to view bids and see the winners. We didn’t have expensive items to auction off so because Galabid was free for us to use, we were able to raise some money for our non-profit organization.

We found using the GalaBid system straight forward and easy to use. We were supported by Excellent online Support when needed which was quick and effective. Would recommend to all fundraisers.

Overall positive experience, had some issues with accepting payments but after opening and closing the auction it worked fine. User friendliness could be somewhat improved.

Galabid is a great way to hold an auction or raffle and raise funds for a charity, big or small.

We ran a school raffle through Galabid and it was so straightforward. We raised more money than usual because it was much easier for people to buy tickets online. Amazing to have a free platform that allows you to raise money for charity.

GalaBid was fun and easy to use. It really saved us a lot of time on our silent auction. They made it easy for us to accept donations and payment through their app, all while keeping it free for us to use. We appreciated that we could choose to pass on the credit card fees our auction winners allowing the funds we raised to go directly to our youth.

Galabid was free, easy to use, and made our silent auction for artists attending a papercutting conference look really professional! We got no complaints. I wish someone had bid on a trip, 😂, but all went well, and the support was there for us when we needed it setting up. Thanks!!!
