The company has excellent staff ,they are committed to high standards of customer care ,they exceeded my expectations, i will definitely be using them again as i have a lot of windows to sort out.

I had new front door replaced by this company inn2019. I was so impressed and happy by their job. I decided to call Galaxy Windows and doors again when I needed new windows for our house.
Alex came and explained all about the types of windows and the type of opening windows cleaning. Alex even promised that they will put extra insulation around the frame to make the windows as tide as possible. My old windows had an air leak this caused considerable draft.
The technicians came on time worked promptly efficiently new 6casement windows were very well installed there is no draft technician took extra care with calking. He showed me all how to open close how to care for my windows. They cleaned up vacuumed picked up debris around the property.
The price was right also.
Would recommend Galaxy Windows any time.

I was referred by a manufacturer for fixing my windows. Called the office, spoke to David and Shilpa about the required repairs. They were prompt, provided a competitive quote and within 24 hours job was done.
I got the handles of the windows changed, hinges replaced.
Very satisfied with the services, accuracy and prompt services.

I used a Nationally Double-glazing company to instal my windows. Alas the construction was non-compliant with Building Regulations. This company went out of business before completion of the installation. The company that took over did not complete the installation. I was left in limbo. For two years I had an unsafe home. I then met David from Galaxy Windows. Although his Company does complete installations, he agreed to deconstruct and then reconstruct my bay window to comply with Building Regulations. Believe me these companies are hard to find. David and Galaxy Windows carried out the work to my total satisfaction, hence my 5-star rating

UPDATE:
Following my below review, Galaxy window got in contact with me to help resolve my concerns. They were prompt to reply, come out to take a look at the door. Furthermore they contacted fensa and helped me get obtain Fensa certificate which I had been waiting to obtain for months. I received fast resolution to my points and they also ensured me further prompt reply as they will need to come out for final finishing and sealing when my property is fully completed.

I was extremely pleased with the fast service and prompt resolution to my points.

I changed my full house windows for the as well as fitting bi fold doors as part of my full house renovation project.

I read on line reviews and went with Galaxy windows. What a mistake!!

They fitted the bi fold doors and the lock was so stiff. They couldn’t loosen and simply said it would loosen over time. 6months on its only become more stiffer and now I cannot lock the door.

Furthermore, they told me I had to make full payment after which fensa certificate would be ordered. They promised it would arrive within 6 weeks maximum. 6 months later I still haven’t received it. I have chased it again and again and they flog me off saying it will come. I don’t know how much longer I have to wait. I am not getting building regulation approval as I have no fensa certificate.

Galaxy windows told me they won’t sell my windows and despite having brand new windows I have draft and condensation coming though.

In case you are thinking of purchasing your windows/doors from galaxy I would think again. And under no circumstances you should hand over money until you are completely satisfied with your job and have received your fensa certificate. Once you have handed over money they will not come back to fix anything and when you chase they will ignore all your message and flog you off.

I was very happy with my experience with Galaxy windows. I had a new front door fitted. They gave me a very reasonable quote for a uPVC door. The salesman didn't pressurise me, and he was polite and knowledgable. The workmen fitting the door were professional and efficient. They left the area neat and tidy afterwards. It did take several months to get the Fensa certificate, but otherwise I've no complaints.
