Got my delivery on time thank to team what got my order ready...😊

Delivery was a few days faster than estimated, and the product was in perfect condition. 5/5!

Ordering was easy the product was delivered the next day. The only fault I had was that the product was not delivered to the address I wanted it to go to for my nephew's birthday and arrived at my local post office instead. Customer service sorted this out and I was refunded on returning the goods I haven't downgraded the stars as it is unclear where the error occurred and I have used GAME before without problems.

Great price, very quick delivery and my T9 is up and running. Excellent all round, thank you!

The pen ordered had no ink in it. The game box was in poor condition and the extra item pictured was not included. Also the teddy was marked.

You can't buy this pass in the shops and this is the only website I trust. It was easy to use and the product was there in about 10 minutes. Thank you 😊

No venga a quejarme del personal ni de las tiendas físicas. Vengo a quejarme del poco stock de productos que hay tanto en el online como en tienda física. Literal que iba a compraros un mando de la play5 y como estaba agotado lo compré en mediamark que para mí sorpresa estaba más barato. Otro ejemplo es que llevo meses buscando juegos en la página online, juego que eligo juego que está agotado. Igual la tienda va tan bien que no os interesa vender más, pero como clienta dejáis mucho que desear. Espero que os ayude a mejorar. Un saludo.

I preordered a collectors edition of a game, which was stated as still in stock. Although a week after the order was placed i got an email stating it was cancelled due to them not having it in stock. They should keep note of how many they have to ensure they don’t take orders for the fun of it. And since it took them so long to realise their mistake the collectors edition was sold out of all other retailers. So thanks GAME, The service over the past few years has gotten absolutely dreadful. No more orders will be placed with GAME

Assassins creed Shadows collectors edition was absolutely damaged and rubbish condition.
Game is not accepting my return cause said that is not reason.
Ordered another game,sent me opend game and with a s.it printed cover.
Deserved it closed all shops.

Very bad I am. I ordered shipment on next day delivery they delay until five days and now I ask for refund they didn’t refund it until now.

Terrible experience I had a Game gift voucher with £50 on it and was told it has now expired and I cannot use it, I went into the store last year to ask about the gift voucher the employee scanned it and told me the voucher will be active for as long as I have it. I was given false information by the store employee. I contacted customer services who immediately refused to help me and said the voucher is now invalid, they didn’t even offer anything off a game. I would never buy anything from Game again in my life! Their customer service is truly shocking! When someone has already paid for a voucher and they don’t honour Is not good!

Still haven’t received my parcel. Charging people £4.99 for delivery and never arriving on time. Scam!

Paid for next day delivery but got a text saying that when delivery was attempted, no one was in. This was not correct - I was in and no one attempted to deliver at my property.

Absolutely horrendous experience ordering from Game. 1st order only half delivered and then took weeks to get a refund for the missing item. Then issued a refund on a gift card so had to re-order from Game. 2nd order - no communication about delivery, after order confirmation, until I contacted support and then my delivery instructions were completely ignored and they are delivering to a different location further from my home. Disgraceful service and the support team are no help at all and don't care what your issues are, offer no resolution and completely ignored your complaint.

Never shop with them again,brand new games set open and finger prints all over them,the refund option a joke,just put them in the bin,don’t buy from them

Dispatched quickly, arrived quickly and in good condition.

Did not do a stock count of the Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced Collector's Editions before listing on their website. They are now cancelling everyone's preorders when it has been a constant fight to secure this CE. Disgraceful that a company as big as GAME can't do a simple stock count.

Pre order cancelled

Shocking level of incompetence again from Game. Pre orders accepted,payment taken only to get a cancellation email today to say its out of stock. There's no contact information to speak to someone and now have to rely on scalpers on Ebay. This is the second time they have done this to me and I'm f-ing livid. How are you still in business????

Managed to eventually email them and all they could do was apologise for the delay in the refund. Several emails back and forth and still no answers. Apparently their system just cancels orders for them and they won't do anything to help.

Due to scalpers it's been impossible for collectors like myself to get the Assassin's Creed Black Flag CE. This is not the first time Game have done this. When AC Shadows was launched they cancelled my order so had to get it elsewhere and then to add insult to injury they sent me a link to purchase it on release day.

Utterly useless company and really not sure why they're in business still.
