Did not do a stock count of the Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced Collector's Editions before listing on their website. They are now cancelling everyone's preorders when it has been a constant fight to secure this CE. Disgraceful that a company as big as GAME can't do a simple stock count.

Pre order cancelled

Shocking level of incompetence again from Game. Pre orders accepted,payment taken only to get a cancellation email today to say its out of stock. There's no contact information to speak to someone and now have to rely on scalpers on Ebay. This is the second time they have done this to me and I'm f-ing livid. How are you still in business????

Managed to eventually email them and all they could do was apologise for the delay in the refund. Several emails back and forth and still no answers. Apparently their system just cancels orders for them and they won't do anything to help.

Due to scalpers it's been impossible for collectors like myself to get the Assassin's Creed Black Flag CE. This is not the first time Game have done this. When AC Shadows was launched they cancelled my order so had to get it elsewhere and then to add insult to injury they sent me a link to purchase it on release day.

Utterly useless company and really not sure why they're in business still.

Ordered £370 worth of pre orders.

Joke of a company compared to the height they once were

I bought a brand new lego set (£££) and the box has been seriously damaged, having clearly been stored poorly for a long time. The original tape seal has been removed, and it has been taped back up with crap tape that has torn the box up. It's clearly not "new" and has probably been bought, opened, and returned at least once.

Considering this is supposed to be a gift, it would be embarrassing to hand this over.

I've found better quality second hand kits online for half the price. If I'd wanted second hand, I'd have started there.

What a joke. Can't believe they charged full price for this.

When I complained, they said the box is intended to protect the inside item from damage during transit and that they wouldn't consider a return etc.

DO NOT BUY HERE! Wish I'd bothered looking up reviews before hand. Hope this company dies a swift death.

Ordered online. Correct items dispatched quickly and in the case of more fragile items well packed. Good communication. No problem at all.

Tried to order this game on release date but was out of stock. Received email saying Game now had more stock and promptly ordered. Great service throughout and delivered a day before the estimate given much to the delight of my daughter.

Remarkable value for money on these two 'Sale' items. Unbeatable prices and unbeatable delivery by Evri (4 days sooner than estimated by Game online). Well done!

Parcel arrived damaged. I messaged game. They told me not to worry about the damage. Terrible customer service

I purchased what was advertised as a new Xbox s Console from their website, advertised as 30% off which is why we chose to buy from Game instead of another retailer. We paid next day delivery as it was for my son’s birthday. When it arrived we opened the box to find a used Xbox console in a large box with no protective packaging.

When I contacted Game to complain, after much back and fourth via email, they offered a £20 refund for the disappointment.

When I demanded the product be replaced with a new console as per my purchase they offered a full refund, but the extra I paid for next day delivery would not be refunded.

I now have to return the item and await up to 14 days for a refund. While my son is still without a console. I was gutted he missed out on what was supposed to be a special surprise I had been working hard to pay for.

I would not recommend purchasing from Game. The offer on both theirs and Frasers websites were taken down after my complaint. But not before I took screenshots. Clearly they were aware of their advertising mistake but refused to put this right.

Bought a controller, seems fine off the bat but the Xbox box it came in was pretty beat up, not the delivery box which wasn't all that either, but both looked like they had been in a boxing ring with Mike Tyson for ages least 3 minutes.

Very poor packaging, I ordered 2 magic the gathering collector boosters and they arrived loose in a beat up bag. Would not recommend.

DO NOT! use this company . Disgusting customer service and deliver games advertised as being brand new in second hand damaged condition . Stay away .

I pre ordered an item and it was not shipped until the morning of its release. A competitor was able to dispatch several days before release to at least try to make it arrive the day of release. Otherwise, the service has been good.

Terrible service. Sent in a bag and box damaged in transit. Returns process is terrible. Won’t buy again.

Went into their store and received abuse off their staff.

I went into their store to buy Topps trading cards I’d saved up £600 to buy multiple sets football, wwe and Disney cards to be specific. As most people who buy these sets know these are high value item and kept behind the tills. I called out of work on a 30 minute lunch break to buy said cards, I was in the Bolton town centre store for approximately 15-20 minutes waiting at the till, this counter on the second floor. There was no members of staff on the entire floor, as my break was going to end. On my way out as I approached the escalator on the first floor I finally saw a member of staff, standing next to a desk near the top of the escalator. I said to him you need to have someone on the counter upstairs I was just about to spend £600 and I now I can’t. He replied and I quote ‘well you’re supposed to come and find someone and there’s 2 people on that floor, don’t cry about it.’ I was shocked and continued to leave and got on the escalator. Now I wish I was joking but the guy came from behind the little desk and stood at the top of the escalator shouting don’t cry about it. He only stopped when I told him to F off.

Absolute joke of company, thinking it’s acceptable to abuse people that look to shop there. Guy should be fired instantly

I had an issue with the delivery and Evri was useless and game sorted it within minutes

The items listed were supposed to be new the games turned up damaged not factory sealed when listed as new no customer service number a really stressful ordeal when listed as new they turned up like the display cases from the sports direct ex display cases what a joke paid for new turned up damaged ex display not new games when listed as new
