Why is it made so difficult to download a game? i have been at it an hour now. And now i find i have to make an account with Battlenet? Why? I cannot even fill this out because the links don't work!

This customer has been antagonistic since placing the order, sending multiple emails in a short period of time most of which were nonsensical including making false accusations of scamming, the worse kind of customer imaginable. All the information on how to redeem the key and download the game was present prior to purchase we even emailed you the information after you contacted us. If you do not understand how to follow basic step by step information then please in future do not purchase from anyone.

Ordered 3 pc driver booster pro 13, and got error message on activation saying the licence code used is a free giveaway licence and only applies to older product (12) and is not valid.Raised email to support with screenshot citing order number on 28th October, and no response after 5 days- shocking.Raised further email, no response except to this review via trusted reviews which was almost instantly, still no reply or refund..update 5th Nov, 25, gamer247 have emailed to say unable to verify purchase, despite order details and taking the money!!, but would give a full refund if I removed negative feedback from trust pilot. Simples...AVOID!!!

We have only received an email from you 2 hours prior to leaving this review and its still being investigated, nothing said in this review has been validated.
**Update** Despite not being able to verify the buyers claim we still offered the buyer a full refund which they failed to respond to.
Excellent and quick support!
I got the code for a game on steam, but unfortunately it had already been used. I asked for a replacement and was sent one within maybe 15 minutes. A great experience and I will be buying more games in the future!

Duplicate code fixed
Bought a game key for steam, logged on straight away to use it to find out it was a duplicate code and had already been used.
Hoping this is just an error and a new code will be sent out.
Update - E mailed them sent a screen shot and they sent a new code within 30 mins and it worked perfectly.

The buyer contacted us claiming the key they purchased had already been redeemed. We checked the activation history, which confirmed that the key was redeemed by the customer—we have provided evidence of this directly to them.
They later contacted us again, stating they were unable to access the game. We responded with clear instructions on how to download it from the official website. Despite this, they have chosen to ignore all communication and have now left a negative review containing false information.
Blatant false advertising
Blatant false advertising. I purchased the "Payday 2: Crimewave Collection" as it was listed. The description and picture both showed the correct information. However upon receiving my key, it was the "Payday 2: Crimewave Edition". This is not what was listed, and does not contain the content I purchased it for. Terrible site.

On Xbox, only Payday 2: Crimewave Edition is listed, and based on all available information, the name variation appears to be regional and does not affect the game's content.

Toke awhile to get through to someone but very helpful had a full refund as the stock for the game I brought was low very happy about them emailing me back will be look for some more cheap games on there website and giving them another go well done gamer247 (plus they gave me a 15% off on my next purchase)

steam home design download
I ordered Steam Home Design 3 days ago. I registered account and downloaded steam but cannot enter steam to download. I have tried all the names and passwords I use but nothing. I am not looking at another bicycle, bus or stairs!
I spent £5 and two days just to make an office drawing.
I know steam must have some sharp users but this 80 yr old is defeated.

The rating is 3.1 (now 3.3 thanks to you) simply because people don't go out of their way to leave a review, if everyone that purchased from us left a review then it would be at 4.8 unfortunately the people that do go out of their way tend to be negative reviews and Trustpilot make it impossible to remove them so we're left with an inaccurate score.

It actually gave me a Steam Key
Normally I don't trust key giving websites unless its Humble Bundle or a trusted game dev on Kickstarter but there was this game I have been wanting to play that was no longer on Steam and I searched everywhere for a download. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find one, so I took my chances on buying a key through a website because I didn't see any beware posts about it or anything. Plus, worse case scenario I would be out like $3 and would probably have to change my card information/call my bank.
Anyway I paid and then got a working key so now I can play the game :D
To be honest I'd feel safer if I had the option to pay via Paypal but Im happy with my experience.
