www.garagedoorsonline.co.uk Reviews

We purchased an electric roller garage door to fit on behalf of a client & needed quite a bit of technical support prior to placing the order. The team were very helpful, explaining details thoroughly where needed. The ordering process was excellent - speedy, streamlined and exactly as they said it would be from the start. The door has been fitted and is working excellently. Thanks for your superb help - we will be back.

I've not fitted the door as yet but the parts and motor all look to be high quality.
Delivery was quicker than the stated lead time. A special thanks to Laura and Keely who helped to coordinate onward carriage to Isle of Man by ensuring the consignment met the requirements of my carrier.

Very happy with the garage door I ordered, delivery wasn't as long as stated which was great and the door looks lovely. I needed to order some more weather seals as we unfortunately damaged them installing the door and Keeley got us sorted and some new ones sent from the supplier thank you :)

On time, good price, good product

Great value, quality product, exactly as advertised.

Efficient service Laura and Carrol were very helpful by phone and email. Roller door arrived sooner than expected and fits perfectly. Will recommend to friends 🙂

Pain free experience. Good in all ways.

Process was very easy. Fast response from the sales team and friendly installation guys. Product was great quality and turnaround was quick.

Very good well constructed high-quality door after sale service is 2nd to none thanks guys.

I will wholeheartedly recommend this company. When I was looking for a garage door from Garagedoorsonline back in March, my requirements were discussed and understood by the team, the right product selected for me and I was kept up-to-date about delivery. When it was later realised the wrong part had been delivered from the manufacturer by accident, Garagedoorsoline dealt directly with Carteck for me to get this resolved, and really quickly. They have all been polite, helpful and effective. A great team and in particular Kevin, Keeley and Carol. Thanks.

Sent them a question about operating one the doors they supply via an App. Response was "Ask the manufacturer 🤦‍♂️"
Talk about, don't know, don't care, nothing to do with us!
Who on earth would deal with a company after this response 🤷‍♂️

Excellent product! The service was also excellent and Laura the office manager saved me from getting the wrong size garage door. Delivery was also excellent and on time. 10/10

I was having problems finding the correct installation manual for a garage door. Sales Asst. Keeley was able to point me to the exact document within minutes of me sending the email. Great customer service!

Had an issue with the door motor, ended up saying it’s to do with another company not them, after several weeks of them not contacting me back I had to get an external company out to sort out a fault with it, after confronting them regarding this and saying I had to pay then they said they can’t do nothing I should of contacted them, even tho I sent them proof of trying to contact them for 2+ weeks, as I was waiting for this my customer was getting frustrated as they had a door that didn’t function due to a fault, they are quick to sell you the product and good at delivery however after sales is shocking they just give you other mum fees to call

Excellent quality product, quick (less than an hour with 2 people) and easy to install.

Recently purchased a new door, good quality product, well presented. Sales team especially Carrol, made the purchase easy, and kept me updated with the orders progress. Delivery was smooth and within the given slot. Driver was both pleasant and helpful. Really easy to fit and looks great.
Thanks

Fantastic to deal with and very professional.
Getting the door delivered to the island was made so much easier when you are dealing with companies who are good at what they do.
I dealt with Keeley Warren most of the time and her communication and problem solving skills were great.
Also, her patience when dealing with me was calm and helpful.
I definitely recommend Garage doors online.

Excellent service from Laura Rowney who sorted an issue I had. Highly recommend.

Good communication (took 8 weeks as it's custom-made), matched description, high quality, garage door was accurate to measurements (which the customer needs to get right - measure a few times to make sure, ideally with a laser measure!)
