Good communication (took 8 weeks as it's custom-made), matched description, high quality, garage door was accurate to measurements (which the customer needs to get right - measure a few times to make sure, ideally with a laser measure!)

Helpful staff when ordering. Door arrived in Alderney with no damage (always a bonus!) The door is exactly as advertised. Transformed the look of the front of our house. Very happy with our purchase. Not sure why but it has us living in France - we are close but living in Alderney.

The company were especially helpful because the door we originally ordered could not be sourced within a reasonable time frame and their Carrol Franklin managed to find us a similar door at a lot better price, which was really appreciated. Well done, and thanks very much!

Really great customer service, both from Keeley and another gentleman on the team ( I want to say Paul?!). They worked closely with the manufacturer in insuring timely delivery and clear communications. Very rapid response to any questions i had. All went very smoothly.

I had a minor issue with my roller garage door and received exceptional assistance from Keeley in resolving the problem. 1st class company and proper customer service.

Everything went smoothly. Pleased with the results and communication

Very professional service lots of checks made to ensure everything was corect.
A litle unsure with delivery. Thebtime slot was only confirmed a few days before but all went well on the day

I couldn't be happier with my new sectional garage door and the excellent service I received from Garage Doors Online!
From my first telephone conversation with Laura (Rowney) where I was given honest and knowledgeable advice, right through to the door being delivered, the service was excellent and it's obvious the whole team are equally efficient as each other....sadly, quite hard to find these days!!

The whole order was delivered exactly on the day and time promised with great communication and detail throughout the post ordering process. I must admit to being a little nervous initially about fitting it myself but as long as you follow the very comprehensive fitting instructions (there's also plenty of very good video's on youtube that were really helpful) it's pretty straightforward for any competent DIY'er. The whole kit is extremely well made and a pleasure to fit....and all at a very very competitive price !

Thank you again to the whole team but to Laura in particular for her excellent advice, knowledge and customer care skills.

It's nice to know companies like this still exist and give such a high level of service

I bought a Carteck sectional garage door to install myself. I called Garage Doors Online a couple of times for advice on measuring up before I took the plunge and ordered. Whenever I called, everyone was friendly and helpful, advising from their experience.
On the appointed delivery day, the door didn't arrive. I called and spoke to Keeley Warren, who quickly contacted Teckentrup and found out what had happened, and sorted it without issue. I had cause to contact Keeley several times, every time she was quick to reply and very helpful and reassuring.
I have no hesitation in recommending GD online. Plenty of companies will sell you a door, but they have looked after me with after sale service that is rare to find these days. Thank you Keeley.

We have not fitted the roller shutter, but customer service has been excellent. Thank you all for your assistance. Paul Barfield

I bought a Seceuroglide roller door from GarageDoorsOnline about seven years ago and have needed a bit of support on a couple of occasions. Each time, Laura has replied quickly with clear, helpful guidance, and I’ve always managed to get the door working again within a day or two.

big thanks to Carol for her help and advice. This is the first time i have bought a door like this, and she was imformative polite and friendly about specifications types colours and sizes. After purchase, follow up questions requesting help understanding dimension from the drwaings were anaswered with no problem

Exceptional service from start to finish. Would certainly recommend.

Left it totally on their hands didn’t know what I wanted just spoilt for choice so I gave them the measurements just said I need a nice canopy door and they didn’t disappoint their driver kept me informed all the way no no time was lost waiting in, then help me move it out of the way as I was not fitting it straight away 10/10

They were very helpful. Every time I phoned, I got through quickly and my emails were replied to promptly. The doors are good quality. I would use them again.

Very helpful staff!

Helped us order 4 garage doors to specific sizes which fit perfectly for us, even when our operative lost one of the door handles they sent one out complementary to us, would 100% recommend for any garage doors you need, Keeley and (If I remember correctly) Mike were very helpful throughout

We bought our garage door from garage doors online. I haven't been the easiest customer as there has been quite a bit of back and forth due to a few errors that I made.

Laura Rowney, the office manager had been extremely helpful and accommodating. She arranged samples to be sent to ensure we were happy with the colour, gave guidance on the sizes required and kept her patience as we went backwards and forwards with emails.

Much appreciated.

After sales service excellence.

I was a muppet and tore the ribbon cable that attached to the lid of the door opener. I contacted Laura to find out the cost of a replacement and she managed to source one for me. Brilliant.
Then Laura added that it would be complimentary. This is genuine customer service, putting the customer first, not just blurb on a web page, but going way beyond what I call good customer service, truly into the fantastic customer service zone. Garage Doors Online now have a lifetime customer.
Thank you Laura.
Garret.

I ordered a pair of Hormann sectional garage doors. Garage Doors Online were helpful when I was deciding if they would fit and when I had a question during fitting of the doors.
