Excellent product but beyond that the customer service following a damaged part was second to none, emailed on Sunday evening new part arrived Wednesday, communication has been 1st class would 150% recommend.

We purchased a triple bin store and the customer service was fantastic plus the product was excellent.

We had a bit of a problem with a couple of cushions on our Montana garden settee, I think the sun had caused them to blister due to the sun trap we are in.
They were changed without question even though they were about a year old.
The delivery driver Nicu could not do enough for us as regards setting up the first delivery of the settee on our patio.A year latter he came with another delivery for us,a large cushion box.
Once again Nicu proved to be a true professional in his delivery taking the box round the back of the house for me ,unlike a lot of deliveries just dumped at the front door and rushing off.
As regards the Garden Furniture company,the could not have been more helpful with dealing with the faulty cushions.
We made a visit to their large shop,I would advise anyone needing internal or external furniture to go and have a look,fantastic selection with excellent staff.Its a big well done from me.

Ben and Hanny arrived on time and completed the installation of our wall mounted Eclipse pergola.

Fantastic company! I ordered the biggest and heaviest bench imaginable. I was given a delivery date which was adhered to. The delivery guys, Peter and Max, went above and beyond to make sure my bench was delivered and installed safely. They were polite and courteous, which made them a pleasure to deal with. The bench is beautiful, and will certainly be a conversation piece.

I had an engraved teak memorial bench made. The whole process was done remotely and delivery was done through a third party. The garden furniture centre were efficient, helpful and prompt answering all my questions. The bench arrived in the requested time and looks wonderful

Recently visited the showroom to order a glider bench & after seeing the quality of the workmanship ordered the glider & Malvern bench. Ordered a cantilever parasol and bowl from these guys at the Sandringham Show. Small delivery hiccough was resolved with a couple of phone calls and delivery made this morning in time for a summer party. Delivery guys were amazing, efficient and tidy, then spent time showing me exactly how it operated. Small team with big heart and big values. Thoroughly recommend.

In our time of need this wonderful business cared enough to resolve our issue by supplying a spare part to repair our beautiful wooden parasol. They were quick with email replies and made me feel properly valued as a customer. This went a long way to showing genuine customer care. I’ll buy from them again and highly recommend.

On Saturday afternoon, 1st August I spoke to a gentleman from the sales team regarding a cantilever and the type of patio I have etc. He was very knowledgeable, informative and advised me about which style to buy (as my patio attracts a strong wind funnel). Addtionally, he advised me on which style base to buy and weight requirements. His helpful and professional manner prompted me to purchase from here.

Today, 2nd August, after purchasing the 3 products online (cantiliver, base and assembly), it charged me for the cantilever only. Concerned that the products would arrive separately, I spoke to Billie im customer services who reassured me that she could rectify the problem as she was doing the paperwork this day. As we spoke the call dropped. However Billie called back to continue assisting me. She asked which base I wanted and went through the different styles/colour options with me. Also, she arranged the assembly service and told me that an emailed receipt confirmation would be sent (which it was).

Overall, the sales team and customer service are exemplary! Their high standards of care reflect the quality of the products.

We purchased a garden bench.
It arrived wrapped in protective cardboard. Delivery was amazing and the bench was placed where we wanted it.
When we “unwrapped” it, it was even more impressive than the pictures. The craftsmanship is outstanding and the bench was worth every penny. Highly recommend this company. Quality goods and we will definitely buy from them again.

Bought a replacement canopy last year and was so delighted with it that I decided to buy a new brolly with the same canopy. Couldn't find exactly what I wanted on the website, but was pointed in the right direction by Rob in Sales. Good communication too re delivery, and helpful delivery drivers, and the new bamboo brolly and heavy base are top quality. Really impressed with the service and the products.

I bought the Havana Swing Seat around two years ago and only set it up recently... and wow, what a pleasant surprise. The quality is superb, the build feels solid, and the assembly is straightforward. It looks beautiful in the garden and swings smoothly.

I have to say I was initially impressed with the ordering process and that my item would be with me within 5 days. It arrived 2 days later with no notification that it was due. the item was slightly scratched in places indicating that it wasn't packed adequately enough. As it was very clear about whether it came with a cover, I ordered a cover which then needed to be returned. I am then charged for 're-stocking' this item hadn't even been taken out of the delivery packaging. To top thing off it takes TWO WEEKS to refund me and only when I contacted their accounts department did I get my refund. Sorry to say even though they have been operating a little while I was not impressed and will not be ordering from them again.

I purchased 2 large (4mx3m) parasol canopies. The only word to describe the products is QUALITY. They arrived well within the time frame specified for delivery and the products themselves could not be bettered

The two men that bought my garden bench in of which I love were very helpful they unpacked and put it in its place for me I’m very grateful.
