We have a small, awkwardly shaped patio outside our kitchen and conservatory and have tried for years to find a solution to shading. We live in a bungalow so do not have the height for awnings and a patio sun umbrella takes up floor space and needs moving constantly! We tried sails, but again, the fixing height was not available! Finally, we came across the wall mounted Turino Cantilever Parasol. We decided to buy one and could not be happier. We had to make a small addition with brackets for the height (our wall was a little lower than it needed to be), but this has been the best thing we have found for our patio. The unit arrived quickly, with explicit instructions and was easy to mount, in fact we were using it the very next day! It is extremely well made, simple to use and comes with its own protective cover. Thank you!

We purchased a free standing pergola and it’s amazing quality and perfect for our garden. The delivery was excellent and the installation was carried out efficiently and professionally by Manny & Mike and our garden left clean and tidy afterwards. Would definitely recommend this company for garden furniture.

We were lucky that John the owner of the company dropped the medium sized circular teak tree bench so we were able to ask him questions about whether to Oil it or not and he suggested not to and let it go silver with time. We have now put the Tree bench in Place and it looks really magnificent. The quality is top class, the way it fits together is beautiful. So all in all, we are delighted with the Tree bench and the service that we have received from the Garden Funiture Centre- would highly recommend.

I ordered solar panels from this company. After 2 weeks they messaged to say they were damaged and they would not be delivering them, or replacing them. I will be getting a refund in between 7-14 days. So they will have my money for almost a month and I will not be able to order more panels. Just to get a standard brush off. Very unhappy with the company. It almost feels like a scam they can keep my money so long. At the time of writing this I still dont have my money back. Just not good enough.

I don’t usually write reviews but I have to warn others. I bought a Four Season Screen House which cost me £1,400 including installation. We never checked to see if it was installed properly as no one does really as once it’s built, it’s built. I am moving house so we wanted to take the Gazebo with us but when we tried to dismantle it we couldn’t get the screw’s off and they were all threaded so were very difficult to get off, when we kept trying they snapped so now I can’t rebuild my Gazebo again, I have lost all this money, emailed customer services and they were not interested, so just to warn you regarding the installation, they do a shit job.

Ordered a replacement cantilever umbrella cover as the original had perished. I found an exact replacement on the site. The order was fulfilled quickly.

I would recommend this company as they are very efficient.

We were delighted to receive our ordered pergola which was assembled by Ben and Manny who not only did a great job of the assembly but were extremely pleasant and helpful. Both were a great compliment to The Garden Furnature Centre who we have supported for over 30years.

We ordered a three cubicle bin storage unit which arrived in under a 5 days including assembly which we were very pleased with. It looks incredible on our drive way and I’m definitely recommending them because it took forever to choose the right product and supplier. Ben was the gentleman who assembled for us and was both friendly and competent.

I purchased the Turino wall mounted garden parasol through Amazon. I had previously purchased one last September and was very pleased with the item so decided to get a second one for another area of my garden.
The unit is sturdy and well made. I installed it and upon opening noticed that the actual canopy had several flaws in the fabric.
I contacted the company and supplied photographs. I initially spoke to Jenny who was extremely helpful and arranged for a replacement unit to be delivered in 2 days and the faulty one taken back. Unfortunately, the replacement had even more flaws which I immediately notified the company of. Once again, the response was prompt.
After some investigation by the company, I was sent a replacement canopy which had been inspected prior to dispatch.
All in all this was a quick and painless experience which could have so easily been drawn out and protracted.
It is a refreshing change to deal with a company who listen to and value their customers.

We took delivery of a Thornbury 3M teak table which is superb, well made, solid, delighted with it. Jon and Clair were jolly and efficient.

Great service from Manny & Mike. Prompt, professional and friendly. They showed us how to set up our BBQ and made sure we were happy before they left, taking all the packaging with them.

Great service from start to finish. Mike and Manny were very helpful delivering my furniture and were very courteous and polite. Having bought furniture from the garden furniture Centre over the last 25 years, their service is both consistent and the quality of their goods is superb. Great company and I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

The delivery took a little longer than expected but once a date had been reached everything went smoothly. The delivery driver was very nice and helpful and the furniture itself is great quality and a delightful addition to our home. Thank you

the website so is glitchy.. as you scroll down or try to search for an item the pages over lay constantly. this put us off from purchasing with you. make your website more user friendly. its a truly glitchy awful website to navigate very poor user experience and the harassed and flagged on trustpilot hence the lowering of my review score.

Exceptional service at both the show and delivery - Manny and Mike delivered. On time. Very polite and helpful. Showed us how everything worked. Really good umbrella. Just waiting for the sun now! Highly recommended
