Very bad service. The ring was not properly made. It was looking as if some unskilled person has made the ring. Also as they promised no proper date and time was shared. Their team members Ajay and specially Preeti are highly uncooperative and will not listen once you have received the ring

Sir, I dont understand why you are charging Rs.10000 for generating a report. It is way too expensive. I remember, sometime back, I paid around Rs.3000 which I felt expensive at that time. Most reports are computer generated and donno why you charge so high. Or after charging a decent amount like 3 k for a report, it should be adjusted if we buy from you as a discount since we are not going to any other dealer since Gemstoneuniverse gems are flawless and for a long time to keep. Please reduce your report charges. Only film stars and rich businessmen who make crores per month can affort these rates.

I was impressed with every step of the process with gemstoneuniverse. I had an emerald ring made by them in March 2020, and through various circumstances that emerald cracked. I sent it back to them and they told me exactly what to do. Unfortunately that stone could not be saved, and they did a very nice puja for it and offered it back to water (and sent me a video of the puja). I had a wonderful consultation with Mrs. Abhijita-ji, and she helped me to select a new emerald. This time we had a pendant made so that it would be less likely to be damaged. Throughout the process the communication with gemstoneuniverse was responsive, kind and very helpful. I love the pendant! The emerald is of beautiful clarity and color, and I feel that my heart chakra is more open since wearing it.

By the way, an interesting thing happened after I received the pendant. I needed a flower for the puja to consecrate it, but it is winter here--no flowers outside. And because of the pandemic and the bitter weather, I didn't want to go out to get a flower. It just so happened that a family member sent me flowers just at that time--a very rare event! So I had a flower to use for the puja.

Did a lot of research before buying my gemstones from the gemstoneuniverse and got the blue sapphire and a beautiful peridot from them.
