Patrick was our sales man. Very professional and not pushy at all. We were under no pressure to buy but we decided on a test drive in a Mercedes E400 cabriolet, AMG line. The moment we went for the test drive we were hooked, the car appeared to be well looked after, low mileage and in a lovely condition. We decided to buy and left a deposit.
We collected the car a few days later and have not stopped smiling since. Highly recommend the professional manner in the we the sale went.

I have only just had the car two weeks now.
However, so far I’m completely satisfied and believe I will not have any issue of concern in the weeks to come. I also want to comment that though there was a bit of waiting around after we have agreed on the price I am glad that Ethan was honest with me to a large extent as to what was happening. Great place to buy a car, i found it online, it was more expensive than what the website said but its due to not including the 12 month guarantee. Dont know how they had a 7 year old car in perfect condition but it was, im obsessed with it as its my first car, thank you 🥰

Ethan at Georgeson's Cars was brilliant! Buying a car over 300 miles away can be tricky; however, Ethan made the whole process seamless and a pleasure. All questions were answered promptly. We were sent a detailed video of the car, which was very useful. I would definitely recommend buying a car. A great service.

I dealt with Vicky when purchasing my last car, Vicky was incredibly professional, knowledgable as well as helpful. There was zero pressure to buy unlike some garage’s, I was given the key and allowed to look around the car freely. This is the second car I have purchased from Georgesons Cars, Liverpool, and once again the experience was excellent from start to finish.

The team were professional, friendly and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. As with any vehicle purchase, particularly when a part exchange is involved, there can be a few moving parts, but Ethan and the Sales Manager worked hard to get the deal over the line, making the whole experience straightforward and stress-free.

Communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt informed and looked after. Ethan kept me updated at every stage, and together with the Sales Manager, went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Their commitment to customer service is one of the reasons I returned to purchase my second vehicle from Georgesons.

The whole process went very smoothly and Vicky was brilliant. From first contact to completion no issues and Vicky answered any queries promptly and was not too pushy like some sales staff I have encountered.

Excellent dealership…little details like the personalised videos, new tyres/MOT etc all made a massive difference. Happy to buy the car without physically seeing it and the delivery was faultless. Would highly recommend.
