Best vitamin and supplements out there
I was looking for vitamins and supplements without all the additives and found Nourished. I loved ordering on their website, it's really well designed and quite exciting to build your own stack. Once I received the parcel, I also very much appreciated the sustainable packaging and how personalised it looks. At first, I was a bit taken back by the texture of the vitamins, but I have got used to it within a week. I have to say, I feel much better since taking them. I recommend!

I love how convinient these are
I love how convinient these are. You pop one and get all you need (what you truly need - cuz' it's you who decides what's in them). The taste is not amazing, but I guess with so many different layers, and no sugar, it's hard to make it taste great. Don't get me wrong, they don't taste BAD, but I think it might bee possible to improve on that side of things. Would order again. This time for a full year (for my partner as well).

I ordered these after having an awful virus where I was left really lethargic and run down. Within a couple of weeks of taking these I felt a real improvement! I love the fact these can be tailored to your own health concerns.

These are so handy to take in my bag
These are so handy to take in my bag, individually packaged. I love that I’m able to pick what vitamins I need, and I would spend much more buying all those separately, never mind organising to take them all every day. I’ve changed my order from my first month, based on taste and what I need, which was really easy to do. I’d definitely recommend.

Love them
Love them, they are essentially little parcels of joy. I get everything I need from them and they taste good too. Slight vitamin after taste but I guess you can't have it all. Have already recommended to family.

This is exactly what I’ve been looking for! I struggle taking large pills as most multi vitamins seem to be. Nourished eliminates that problem for me and is all natural as well. In addition - instead of the same large pills taken more than once a day, Nourished is one and done. Makes taking a multi vitamin enjoyable.

Urgh
Could do with a pot/jar rather than just a load of loose tablets, but the deal breaker for me is the taste. I bought cola sour and it’s just nasty. It starts off as mildly unpleasant and gets worse the more you chew it. This means I avoid taking them.
Edit: the company has got in touch to offer me another flavour. It’s when something goes wrong that a company demonstrates whether they have good customer service - although I haven’t tried the new ones yet, I’m impressed with their proactive response.

Our stacks are individually wrapped to help maintain freshness and are super convenient and all plastic free too

Tasty and conveniently wrapped
I was a bit sceptical at first because they came individually packaged in what looked like non-recyclable plastic. But I was planning instantly surprised I could put these plastic wrappers in the compost.
It’s super convenient for me to throw two or three of these into my wash bag whenever I go travelling

Nourished Review
My first box went missing but this was swiftly rectified by the team at Nourished. I can’t speak for the effects of the supplements yet as I have only been taking them for 3 weeks but the texture is good, like a gummy sweet! I have tried the strawberry sweet flavour so far but will be trying other varieties too.
