Product is good, but subscription fulfillment is rubbish

This is the second subscription I have taken out with Nourished, and it seems that even after a year out, they still haven't sorted out their issues.

I have been waiting for our latest delivery for a week now, it was due to be shipped a week ago and is still showing as unfulfilled. I have contacted them with no reply.

This consistently happens, they just can't seem to fulfill orders, even though they know the shipment date is coming up!

We completely understand your frustration regarding the delay to your latest order. We can see that you contacted us on the evening of 13th May outside of our customer service opening hours, and our team responded the following morning as soon as we reopened. However, we absolutely appreciate that delays and uncertainty around dispatch are disappointing, especially as a returning customer.

We can also confirm that a full refund has been processed for your latest order, and despite the cancellation of your subscription, we are still sending the order to you due to the inconvenience caused.

We truly appreciate your previous support and are very sorry that this experience has let you down.

Extremely disappointed with this experience.

I placed order on 24 April 2026, and despite the order supposedly being due to ship by now, I have received no dispatch confirmation, no tracking number, and no proactive communication explaining the delay.

As a customer, it’s frustrating to be left chasing for basic updates, especially when payment has already been taken and there’s no clear indication of when the order will actually arrive.

Good customer service is about communication, and unfortunately this experience has been very poor so far. I’m still waiting for a response and a proper update on my order.

Would not recommend based on this experience unless the company improves its communication and fulfilment process.

A good idea that eatly doesn’t deliver

I gave nourished a third chance but I’m definitely not impressed. The stacks taste disgusting and have a nasty aftertaste that lingers. Drinking makes the aftertaste worse and even brushing your teeth doesn’t get rid of it. After three months worth I’ve only managed to force down about 5. I feel like I’ve wasted my money. I changed the stack and the flavour and it made no difference. Save your money and buy something else.

It’s a scam! Beware.
Took my money. No delivery. No one replies to my emails. Gonna have to get the bank to withdraw the payment.

One month has passed and still waiting for delivery....

It has now been exactly one month since I placed my order, and unfortunately I regret doing so as I still haven’t received it.
The biggest disappointment (as I do understand deliveries are delayed due to circumstances out of their control) is that I have had no response from customer service via the website, social media, or email, even after multiple attempts.
I specifically chose the one‑month, one‑off option to trial the product and see if I noticed a difference before committing to a subscription. However, this is impossible without actually receiving the order. I understand that development can be a lengthy process, but the website states a delivery timeframe of 7–10 days. Waiting a full month with no explanation seems excessive.
My aim was to 'relieve stress' but this has now become another company failure I have to chase. I genuinely wish I hadn’t bothered and would strongly advise others not to make the same mistake.

Still not received my order after a month

This is my first time ordering with Nourished and I'd like to tell you that their products are great. However, I've still not received them a month after placing the order.

I spoke to a customer service representative who was lovely and assured me that they were on their way, 'upgraded' me to next day delivery and supposedly gave me a discount on future order. Now though, I find that even though the order has been (supposedly) completed by Nourished 5 days ago, they still haven't handed it to Evri for dispatch. So much for next day delivery!

It's a joke frankly, especially considering how much they charge for the product!

Order on the 21st of December last year still haven’t got anything tried speaking to them multiple times don’t give you an answer. I’m writing this review so someone actually gets back to me and doesn’t ignore me.your in house team have still not sorted it

Just pathetic

Just pathetic. Every single subscription order is late, crap customer service. Don’t know how they can possibly get it so wrong.
Gutted cause I love the product but end up with between 1-3 weeks missing every months due to their poor organisation.
Don’t give them the benefit of doubt you will just be disappointed and at £35 a month there are better and cheaper alternatives.

A VERY long wait… not happy.

Have used nourished before and after a few months do believe they help.
This time, the time between ordering and receiving was diabolical. It was definitely over two weeks, with apology e mails about the delay after I contacted customer service, who were helpful, but weren’t able to hurry the order along.
No idea what happened, that caused such a wait.

We accidentally sent this company extra labels and tried to collect them back. Instead of doing the right thing, they ignored us completely. That’s not just unprofessional, it’s dishonest. If they’ll keep what isn’t theirs and refuse to even respond, I wouldn’t trust them with anything.

We responded on 29 Aug 2025 (17:22) with clear instructions to confirm a collection date via eBay messages or our business email.

Since then, we have received no confirmed date, despite our management following up via the same email address you used to contact us.

After being asked to use official channels, you contacted junior members of staff at 11pm, which is unacceptable and unprofessional.

We remain ready to hand the items back once you confirm a collection date through eBay messages or via our business email.

Please refrain from making untrue accusations, we have acted promptly and reasonably to rectify your mistake and are awaiting your confirmation to complete collection.

Love nurished

Ive been having the personalised vitamins for over a year now & love them I can really feel the difference & ive recently got the inner beauty vitamins so waiting to see the difference they have🤞. The office staff are all so helpful & polite. Any email ive sent has been replied to within about 5 -10mins. I haven't got a bad word to say about them.

Love them

First, it is important to note that they are larger than most gummy vitamins (I really should have expected this since there is so much in them, but I can't be the only one who didn't think about it). Second, you can kind of taste the layers, which is weird but also makes sense. Despite these two things, so far I really enjoy them. They have replaced my apple cider vinegar, probiotic, and vitamin D and have so many benefits i can change with each order. The packing is enviornmentally friendly (heads up if you order from the US it ends up wrapped in plastic but that's not their fault), and I just love all that this company is doing.

Took B12 and Iron for a year

Took B12 and Iron for a year - had a blood test, I have low iron and B12. Doesn't make sense. Waste of money, I have felt no different off them. Placebo at best.

Tasty stacks which work

Product exactly as described, already seeing results. Really happy with it, tastes great and love that each stack is individually wrapped so I can take these out with me when I've got an early start and it's too early for food.
