The vitamin gummies themselves taste great and the options are good. The website allowing you to build your custom stack is a great idea and works really well. Hence 2 stars, because the rest is not so good.

However...
Multiple boxes have not arrived on time, which makes the idea of a daily vitamin pointless if you don't always have them on hand.

My second box was late, so they bumped up my third delivery and gave some credit. The idea was I would have a backlog - however I am out again! Two boxes delayed and arriving at pretty much the same time.

Worst of all...
The cancel subscription page does not work. I can't help but feel this is a dark pattern/malicious attempt to get people to avoid cancelling and instead opt to delay their box, ultimately getting charged again when they forget about it.

I had a query with my order and they responded promptly and kept me up to date with my order. Very helpful and professional company!

I have subscribed for my personalised vitamins for over a year now but have just cancelled. Increasingly the deliveries were late or severely damaged in the post and this last one never arrived after 2 weeks from when they took payment. I asked customer support when I might receive my purchase and I received a lengthy waffle email of excuses but still no answer to my question. I asked a subsequent time 2 days later and still they could not actually tell me when I would receive my order - given it is a regular recurring order and I have been a customer for a long time it can only mean incompetence. The only reason I did not give 1 star is because for 50% of the monthly orders they arrived on time. Such a shame given such a promising start.

The gummies themselves are nice and I think have made a difference, however the customer service and deliveries are appalling. In 6 months I have only received one order on time. The customer service team are responsive and have tried to chase things up and give free boxes but I always get the same excuse and the same copied email text - they’re delayed, in the last stages of production, we understand the anticipation etc.

I've used Nourished a few times over the years and never had a bad experience until now. I made my latest order nearly 4 weeks ago and still it hasn't arrived. I contacted Nourished twice about this and neither time when they responded did they confirm a date that I'd receive my item and simply kept applying a discount on subsequent orders. Applying a discount is clearly no good if you're never going to receive the order in the first place. It's a shame how bad they are at managing expectations as otherwise they have a lot of potential.

I’m at the start of using the multivitamins and will update re: efficacy at a later point. What I enjoy the most is the delivery format which is much more palatable than conventional multivitamins so well done on that front.

I look forward to taking these every day, and have just ordered my second box.

I’ve had a similar experience to others. The first couple of boxes arrived without a hitch. Whilst expensive, I valued the ease of the product.
However on the third box, they notified me they’d accidentally put the wrong expiration date on my product, but stated it was fine to consume.
I found this a little weird, but thought nothing more.
Now I’ve been waiting for my outstanding box for weeks, I’ve contacted chat and they have no idea when it will arrive. All I’ve been told is it’s due to the amount of new customers.
Why are the orders of new customers being fulfilled over existing customers?
I’ve now been left with no vitamins to take for weeks, which is really problematic considering vitamins are designed to be taken regularly, every day.
I’d advise anyone to use one of their many competitors in this field.

Where do I even begin? I’ve been a customer of Nourished now for I believe perhaps almost a year maybe even longer. Never had a problem. Sometimes the items were a little stale. I noticed but about 6-7weeks ago. I was charged my usual amount for a month supply of stacks which never came.
I reached out to the company a month ago and they told me that it said that it had been unfulfilled but there had been no update and they weren’t sure what was going on so I just said please can you send my order to me as now I have no daily vitamins to take. Absolutely nothing for a couple of weeks chased it up to speak to somebody over WhatsApp. I said I would really like to speak to somebody and they told me they didn’t have the facility for us to make a phone call to them or for them to make call to us so another company that hides behind the Internet with no customer service number or dedicated team that you can speak to unfortunately doesn’t feel very human for me I told him to cancel my subscription if they weren’t gonna deliver my order they told me they were gonna deliver my order then they told me they’d cancelled my subscription 😂😂 honestly I don’t think these people couldnt organise a piss up in a brewery!
I’ve now got to try get the second order that was charged 2 weeks ago refunded . Total sham! Perhaps only accept as many much orders as you’re able to deal with? Sounds like the greed gremlin came for whoever is in charge and now it’s backfiring

Exactly the same experience as others. Really pleased with the two orders then it went wrong. Order didn’t arrive, contacted customer service who said they were chasing it up and in last stages of production. Then a discount was applied, free box promised, still nothing. Disappointed but it’s just too expensive to be getting it so wrong. Have cancelled my subscription and will try an alternative who will hopefully get it right!

I am a subscriber and all was going well until I didn’t receive my order one month. I contacted them and they told me that they had an unexpected amount of orders that month and mine had not been processed yet. Kind of annoying when you have a subscription and they expect your order but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
2 weeks later still no order. Contact them again and they say it’s in the ‘last stages of production’ and say my next box is free. Great when I haven’t received this months! I gave them a week, as stated on their website it takes a week to fully process an order and if it is in “last stages” it shouldn’t take another week right?
One week on, still no order. Still not update on how much longer I will have to wait. At this rate it’ll be my next months order that comes that will be “free”. So they have until tomorrow to fulfil or I will be demanding a refund.

Really tasty, makes me look forward to my vitatmins! They've really helped improve my energy levels

I really like the ability to adjust my vitamins to suit my needs at any given time and the different flavours too (sour blackcurrent is my preference). You may think the price is expensive for vitamins, but I took a break from Nourished and, my God, did I feel the difference - I was fatigued, sluggish, and generally feeling exhausted! I went back to Nourished and within 2 weeks of taking my vitamins again, I feel much better!

Easy to eat, softer than expected. They never seem the same though, the layering is never the same and with the shape, not sure it gives the same dosing each time.

The supplements are tasty, effective and super personalisable. Definitely glad I tried it, they have been a game changer

Easy to order and great you can combine all those essential vitamins you need in one tasty sweet :)

Okay so I did not like the flavour of these stakes. BUT CS have offered to allow me to try a new one.

Great customer service. I will update and tell you if they work for a very cynical, if desperate man. If they do then this will be ammended to 5 stars.

Easy to use, and eliminated my 6 vitamin tablets I was taking daily! Genius idea

Most, if not all of the individual packages arrived squashed completely flat. Due to the way they are packaged and shipped, it means that I'm having to try and peel each individual gummy from the wrapper. They're all squashed to varying degrees and I haven't had one yet that looks like those advertised on the site.

Due to this, I probably won't be ordering again.
